ITC Grand Goa, a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa, Goa

There were issues at check-in with payment from Trip.com and our rooms were in separate areas despite us requesting rooms in the same building. Upon asking multiple times we finally got a room nearby but the toilets were not working and we had to call for assistance multiple times which was always delayed.

Melina is exceptional ***ager helped in all booking related ask and we ending up signing contract with ITC for DELL TECHNOLOGIES QBR. Melina done multiple sessions on zoom to under stand requirement and able to help us with great options in terms of food , high tea, dinner and drinks. She is a true asset for ITC and precious too. Sanil also helped us once rollover happened to him from sales team. Great work as a team by ITC to deliver excellence with far exceeded expectation . I will give 11 out of 10 for the great work which Melina and her team did. I am passing my gratitude to whole ITC GOA GRAND team especially baker chef who has done creation of cake for Dell celebration of 40 anniversary. A BIG THANK TO HARSH who helped us in guiding and ***y team calls to close contract.

This was my second stay here at ITC and it was more like a treat. Rooms are spacious, beautiful and offers great view with lot of fresh breeze. Food is really delicious here and offers customized or special dishes if required. Great ambiance, great staff. Location is priceless as it is hardly 30mins from Airport. Clean beach adds up to the beauty of this resort. Overall the stay was 10/10

ONLY ONE PHRASE for ITC GRAND GOA “ROYAL INDIAN HOSPITALITY TO PERFECTION" ! I travel to Goa at least twice a year since 2016 and have stayed at all major Hotel brands in Goa. Our all time favourite and go to resort was Grand Hyatt Goa and we proudly call it our second home But believe me ITC GRAND GOA and its exceptional team has surpassed all our expectations and the glitch to try out a new property in Goa. And we are very sure that post our stay, our next go to resort in Goa will be only ITC GRAND GOA. Guys stop searching elsewhere if you really want to relax and rejuvenate your inner soul and want to spend some quality time with your family. You cannot find the most amazing and cozy place in GOA at very reasonable tarriff's. Even Rakul Preet Singh's Wedding was hosted at this beautiful property. This time we went on my anniversary and the entire team Especially Mr. ***as Krishnamoorthy, Mr. Sanjoy Mishra, Mr. Ajay Diwedi, Chef Anshul Dhyani, Chef Farhan, Ankana (Housekeeping) & our butler Sourav had completely blown our minds out with their love, affection, hospitality and perfection of each thing they executed during our stay. The pools are extremely big and located right in the heart of the resort which is very easily accessible from any area of the resort. We have water activities here, My Fav. North Indian Restaurant THE ROYAL AFGHAN right at the beach and what not. The evenings were pretty beautiful when the whole resort is lit up and the natural breeze just flows all around you. It’s so beautiful and peaceful that we hardly stepped out of the property during our 3 night stay. Our Anniversary celebrations were exceptional at all places in the resort. Our suite was fantastically set up for our welcome and then the beautiful cabana set up at the beach, Royal Afghan, Kebab's and Kurries etc etc. These memories will remain with us for a lifetime. I definitely recommend this Property to all you guys who are looking to stay a luxurious beach resort with the finest hospitality ! They have an amazing beach restaurant named :THE ROYAL AFGHAN" which is delhi's Iconic BUKHARA at ITC MAURYA. Also, Have all beach activities and water sports right on the private beach. NOTE: Its a white sand beach and the vibe is totally amazing. Now coming to the team: First of all the *** behind the finest hospitality, the leader himself: Mr. ***AS KRISHNAMOORTHY: (GM) Across Nation, I have met ***y General ***ager's. But this *** is totally different and he has this amazing aura and personality that I am inspired by a lot in terms of his humbleness towards every guest at the resort. I often saw him interacting with guests and making sure that his guests are comfortable and well taken care of. I could witness the level of pressure and responsibility on him but yet he is so calm in every instance. Hats off to you ***as ji and a big salute. The house keeping staff is really great, our room was taken care of by Prakash, who from day 1 understood our need as a family and cared for us all through. With kids, we needed extra mattress, water, cleaning at odd hours, you name it, we got it. The next best part was the in room dining team willing to customize to our food habits. We got very good, zero spicy food on order every time for our kids to say the least. The property itself can be traversed through electric buggies or foot and the drivers of these e-buggies are more than willing to show you around at any time of the hour. The only missing piece to this lovely property would be to have more activities for the kids whether around pool, in the garden play area or elsewhere. The swimwear and accessories shop sells stuff at exorbitant prices so it's better to either carry or buy the stuff you would need from outside or beforehand.

Amazing hospitality , great ambiance and superb service. The whole experience was mesmerising. The staff was very kind and helpful throughout our stay. The food was delicious and loved the variety. The special treatment given to us by the staff on the occasion of our daughter's birthday was great.
