they cancelled my reservation but called the neighbouring hotel and asked us to go there and get the room. This is very inconvenient for us in the late night.

The tub of the shower was pretty dirty. The body wash was completely empty. There was something wrong with the door that made it difficult to open and close. Other than that, everything was great. I really enjoyed the gym.

No hot water in the morning - had to run it over 10 minutes. I had already taken a barely warm shower - My wife got hot water.
TV in bedroom did not work! (then it came on in the morning.)

I stayed there for a couple of weeks while my apar**ent was getting ready. The staff was wonderful, very accommodating. Nice breakfast. Rooms spacious and well equipped. I was in no hurry to leave.
