Great location just off the A1.
Staff were so friendly and made such an effort with us.
The free bikes were a blessing to cycle into Parma in the rain, the receptionist advised to park at Piazza Garibaldi.
The room was clean and spacious with all the facilities needed.
The pool was clean with adequate chairs and an area for food:drinks.
Too far too walk to the centre but easy enough to drive or cycle.

밀라노 가기전 시간이 안되어서 하루밤 잤던 곳입니다.
지금까지 호텔중 서비스가 제일 딱딱했던 곳입니다.
그래도 청결도 및 시설은 나쁘지 않습니다.
하지만, 리셉션 직원의 태도를 본다면 저는 이 호텔은 다시는 방문하지 않을 것입니다.

Our stay was great! Friendly staff, great service, clean and comfy! Not walkable to any area. But staff called us a cab when needed!

The room stank like mold from the air conditioner. They also admitted that they take pictures of your room when they come in to clean. I am still dealing with this as it’s a huge privacy violation. Beware that they take pictures of your things if you stay here

It's really close to veterinarian faculty but also to the city center. The food is really good and all people is really kind. I will come back some day if I have to return to Parma. It's the perfect hotel for business

We had a pleasent stay in this hotel, with our 2 children (11y + 8y). Location is a bit outside of the center, but this is ok, if you don't want to stay in the center and have a car. Friendly people, good breakfast, enough parking possibility at this hote Only the space, in the room, for 4 persons was a bit small. Otherwise everything was ok.

Noisy water pump in the backyard created a disturbance every 20 minutes. Big black mildew spot on the ceiling over the shower.
Location unspectacular but a short taxi ride away from the beautiful center of Parma. Helpful staff.
