Buona l'ubicazione con comodo parcheggio. Camere e locali comuni puliti. Buoni i servizi e la cucina. Ci tornerei

Hotel is clean and the front desk was pleasant. The “Pros” end there NOT a 4 star hotel. 1. They refuse to make restaurant reservations 2. Restaurant at X Alp is mediocre 3. Despite our requests we were given rooms without a view 4. Small rooms 5. Advertising outdoor pool. The pool is a small jacuzzi 6. No robes and no iron (not ok for a 4 star)

Abbiamo speso 290 euro a notte dal 7-10 agosto 2023. per avere una misera colazione, ma misera misera. Lo stretto necessario proprio. Il pranzo non è manco previsto. Quindi bisogna sempre cercare un posto per pranzo. Per quanto riguarda la cena , non ho voluto lasciargli nemmeno un euro. Ho preferito pagare i ristoranti super fighi che ci sono a Canazei. Personalmente non lo consiglio. Io di certo non tornerò

Ottimo ,anche a casa mia😁cambio gli asciugamani ogni giorno 😆ed e meno di una stella ,eppure e gratis li alph hotel 4 stelle ci lavori e nemmeno una stella meriti anzi l alloggio te l'ho paghi...ecc

Arrivo alle 16:00 dopo un lungo viaggio e la camera non era pronta. Ok ci può stare. Ma la delusione maggiore è la colazione!! All’arrivo ci viene spiegato che la colazione viene servita dalle 7:30 alle 10:00. Arrivo per 2 giorni alle 9:15 è noto disponibilità limitata degli alimenti, completa assenza di brioche, pancarrè per toast 2 singole fette. Giustificazione: “lo facciamo per non avere spreco alimentare”. In questo hotel esistono clienti di serie A che fanno colazione entro le 8:30 e clienti di serie B che essendo in vacanza vogliono prendere la vita con più calma, ma rientrano negli orari stabiliti dalla struttura.

This was a delightful property. Very nice for the price. I hesitated to write an unfavorable review, but, unfortunately, we had an issue with them charging us twice for our stay, and have been unable to get it resolved.
They would not give us a credit card refund at checkout, the time of the second charge. They suggested an international bank transfer. Dispite initial misinformation on my part, they have had the correct transfer code for the last 2 months. I would like to think this problem is due to both a language barrier and confusion over international bank transfer info, rather than bad faith. However, 2 months is too long to wait for this hotel to remedy their billing error.
I will be happy to revise my review once we get our money returned.

I enjoyed my stay in this lovely boutique hotel. Very friendly staff makes you feel at home. Good breakfast, internet connection, ski locker room (though small).
Hotel Located next to a ski lift, very convenient for skiing. town is within 15 minutes walking distance

Excellent service, super clean, nice spa includes, restaurant delicious and the 2 servers in the kitchen are very profesional and excellent in their duties. We will visit Again for sure. Giovanna is a n excellent host. One of the best experiences we have had.
