Stupid outside checking in panel with no weather protection, you have to input all your details again that were on the original booking before it will dispense a key, then it tried to charge me 200 MORE for a 2 night stay, than I had on my reservation. By chance a staff member as there and resolved it by producng the agreed contract. No idea why the login system did not have the same price.
Room was very hot, no aircon, cramped with three beds stuffed in one room. When I complained to staff the reaction was argument first then "take it or leave it" attitude.

Very clean and nice hotel. Would easily recommend it to friends. Easy parking. Quiet location. Very comfortable beds. Pleasant surroundings. Close to restaurants. Room set up will for doing a little office work.

Pagato CHF 260.- per: una stanza ascetica non particolarmente grande con 2 letti, un piccolo appendiabiti (armadio e/o cassettiera assente), una piccola scrivania, un piccolo televisore, un minuscolo bagno (con porta di 60cm). La camera, con parte del soffitto spiovente in quanto situata sotto il tetto, era lato strada con una piccola finestra per metà occupata da un ingombrante tubo di un altrettanto ingombrante condizionatore d’aria. Quindi o molto calda con la finestra chiusa o molto rumorosa con la finestra aperta; impensabile dormire con la finestra chiusa e il condizionatore in funzione in quanto altamente rumoroso. Pulizia e colazione buona.

Hatte meinen Junggesellenabschied in Solothurn gefeiert und in diesem Hotel übernachtet. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und das Bett war auch sehr bequem 🙌🏻 Auch das Frühstück war gut Gerne wieder

A 3 h du matin un groupe est arrivé. Il s’est installé dans le hall en hurlant et buvant des bières puis est allé dehors et fait le même bruit malgré nos réclamations et ça jusqu’à plus de 4 h du matin. Infernal. Réponse de l’hôtel: on ne peut rien faire. Et bien malgré le fait de pouvoir arriver tard, je ne reviendrai plus jamais.
