The hotel, the best but to pricy, so gritty expecting 6000 pesos for a less than 50 dollars game.
Also not making up to the agreement, between Trip and Nickelodeon together. Last time I use both

Excellent destination and the best price was found on trip.com.
My 8 year old son had the time of his life! I highly recommend this resort if you are traveling with kids!

It started off with our room not being ready until 7pm the day we checked in. So I wasn’t happy from the start but the room was great and very decorative. The water park was great for the kids. They wanted to go every day so having access to that was nice. The food option were limited and not spectacular. We had one mediocre meal after another. And everythinggggg not included in package was extremely expensive (dolphins, gift shop, the one Restarant that you have to pay for). All in all we had a great experience but don’t think it worth the money to do again.

Amenities and food are amazing staff very friendly , I’ve been in several VIP hotels around the world for special occasions like my aniversary and normally they have something like a cake or a bottle as a gift I booked this hotel for my son birthday and I even need to buy his cake but still forgot them to bring it for breakfast as requested so we have to eat it for lunch since we didn’t finish the cake we ask if it was possible for next day to take it away wich they accepted but next day nobody knew so we leave the hotel without it

One of the best resorts I have visited with my children. I really loved it, the only thing it was the moving from the lobby to the rooms, I think should have better system. also the food at the park even though are snacks could be better. Other than that everything great!

The place itself was nice except that they decided to paint one of the rooms in the same floor that we stayed and it smelled so strong that it made me have a migraine

Very expensive, lack of activities and the parks is very small. It just for 3 days, otherwise is boring, and they over charge you 3 to 5 times any gift you might want from their shops. The membership program is also very expensive and you are not earning anything valuable in a long term relationship. Again 3 days is very good, then run away quickly.

I liked the amenities. I wish we could bike around the facilities. The distance between the park, main lobby and hotel rooms was challenging at times. We didn’t receive a good check in finding out there was an application for the activities a couple hours before leaving was disappointing. Beaches were small. The local tour was rushed and felt like a scam. Overall, the place was okay.
