The hotel, the best but to pricy, so gritty expecting 6000 pesos for a less than 50 dollars game.
Also not making up to the agreement, between Trip and Nickelodeon together. Last time I use both

Excellent destination and the best price was found on trip.com.
My 8 year old son had the time of his life! I highly recommend this resort if you are traveling with kids!

The place itself was nice except that they decided to paint one of the rooms in the same floor that we stayed and it smelled so strong that it made me have a migraine

Very expensive, lack of activities and the parks is very small. It just for 3 days, otherwise is boring, and they over charge you 3 to 5 times any gift you might want from their shops. The membership program is also very expensive and you are not earning anything valuable in a long term relationship. Again 3 days is very good, then run away quickly.

I liked the amenities. I wish we could bike around the facilities. The distance between the park, main lobby and hotel rooms was challenging at times. We didn’t receive a good check in finding out there was an application for the activities a couple hours before leaving was disappointing. Beaches were small. The local tour was rushed and felt like a scam. Overall, the place was okay.

Overall experience was excellent. Knocked off 1 star from overall rating relating to food. All the reataurants - All three meals were either too salty or too sweet. Other than the food, all the rest of the experience was good. My kids were happy and had fun. That is what's important.

My kids loved the characters and the meet and greets provided by the property. The pool attached to our suite was a highlight for the children, it gave them the extra opportunity to burn off steam right before bed and before we were ready to leave the room in the mornings! The shuttle service was quick and convenient. The pools were clean and nicely maintained. The different restaurants were well maintained and had great variety for the children and for us. We would highly recommend this resort!

We stayed for 7 nights during Christmas week with two young kids, 2yo and 9yo. Both kids have fun at water park & eating a variety of found options at restaurants and shows. Inside resorts is very safe and clean. Staff are all welcoming and very polite. Transportation from and to airport is pretty good with very little wait. Water park has a lot of fun for both kids. Both my kids enjoy the Christmas Eve show. My 9yo also enjoy other kid themed show in the evening. I took out one star just because the light in the room to dim for me. Really hard to see things very clear along room hallway and bath/shower place. If you drop something, will be very hard to find it because of the dim lighting.

10/10 would recommend this property. We have two kids ages 7 and 10 and this property catered to not only them but to us adults as well. The activities were catered to both adults and kids- the staff was friendly and always had fun activities for the entire family to join in on. The rooms were cleans and spacious and we loved having the two bathrooms. We hope to return again!
