The hotel is located in a slum like area in city where you constantly smell pigeon’s dung. The hotel is poorly maintained with cigarette buds and alcohol glasses lying around. The rooms are not maintained and we have to change rooms 3 times before we could find one where we can spend night. The lift is a old one which makes you feel like you are in a 90’s movie

We had originally planned to visit Solapur in January 2023 but had to postpone for some reasons. Hotel was kind enough to adjust our advance payment against deferred booking in February 2023. Room sizes are good and the important part is that all rooms are clean and well maintained. This hotel is our preferred stay place every time we are in Solapur, which is about once in 2 years. Breakfast buffet is included & is decent fare.

stayed in a triple room for one night. The hotel looks amazingly beautiful at the reception but once you enter the room, you get that garbage feeling. Bathrooms were not cleaned with no toiletries. Towels were dirty. Utensils in the kitchen were all stained. Breakfast was basic but ok. Reception persons were friendly and accommodative, but waiters/room service people were strange... they were roaming with shoes around my bed (extra mattress). In one word: AVOID.

Location is fine. But for the amount charged and the facilities provided, this is overpriced. The contrast was very apparent as I stayed at hotels in Indore and Bangalore within a span of three days on the same trip. When priced at par with similarly rated hotels across towns/cities, one would expect similar facilities. In the room allotted to me, the shower head requires cleaning, there is no shower gel, shampoo or toilet kits provided, the parking is outside on the road, no packed breakfast facility if one has to start before 0700hrs. Need for maintenance has started showing up.

Spacious car park: for the traffic Very clean rooms, good hot water, nice TV Channel selection Tasty food: the breakfast had a decent spread, but what was made was good; just don’t like pineapple essence in the Sira! Professional team that cleans the room: Lakshman, Kazi, Chandu and Ambadas were very good and efficient!

Awesome hotel to stay, delicious food, customer centricity. This was a pleasant stay as the hotel is located in a decent area, easy to travel to any place. Hotel is pure veg which is really good and not just reception but security staff, housekeeping everyone is so polite felt like staying at home. Food quality is tremendous, kudos to the chef. Great parking area, no need to worry about the car once parked. Rooms are well maintained, tv, ac, excellent view from the room. This is the best hotel in solapur. Thank you hotel lotus for excellent service.

I wasn't expecting the hotel to be top-notch, but to my surprise, the service and room quality here exceeded my expectations. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, especially Mr. Raees, the Front Office Manager, who was cooperative and always willing to assist. Then comes the true hero of our tour, Mr. Yuvraj, who handles the transport section at the hotel. This guy is amazing! His vast network and support made our entire trip, including the visit to Vitthal Temple, incredibly smooth. Thanks to his efforts, everything was arranged seamlessly. The breakfast had a decent spread, and the taste was good—no complaints there. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained. Honestly, I never expected such high-quality hospitality and a luxurious experience in Solapur. In fact, I found this hotel even better than the Hyatt in Jaipur, where I stayed in August 2024. A big thank you to all the staff members for making our stay so memorable!
