Slechte ervaring.
2 kamers geboekt en ze konden er maar 1 vinden in hun systeem.
We hadden een wake up call gevraagd maar nooit gekregen.
De airco in de kamers werkte niet en het was er 26 graden binnen.
We zouden met een shutllebus naar het vliegveld mee kunnen maar deze vertrok net te vroeg waardoor we niet mee konden.
De hotelreceptioniste was vanmorgen erg chagerijnig en onvriendelijk.

Its my 4th time or so staying at the hotel and the rooms all have issues with the TVs not working properly also lights inside the rooms are flickering not working properly. The Maintanance guy is limited and a tap slow. Food in the Restaurant use to be better

Room was freezing cold, no toilet paper, no soap, no drinking water. have stayed here sevaral times but won’t be back

The hotel is located near the airport. We stayed there because we had an early morning flight.
The hotel is spotless and comfortable. The staff is excellent and accommodating. Our room on the 10th floor was attractive, comfortable, and quiet. The bathroom was spotless and had plenty of towels and toiletries.
We did not give a 5-star rating because of the restaurant. In an area with NO restaurants available, the hotel misses the boat. The limited menu was over-priced. The service was prolonged and inattentive. The wine list was also highly over-priced. We would have had lunch and dinner there but weren't willing to be held captive by high prices and a lackluster menu. We walked to a small food shop and found sandwiches and a bottle of wine.
We would stay here again but not go to the restaurant.

Good hotel and good restaurant. I wasn’t offeret the drink I was promised as gold member. The arrangement with the shuttle bus to the airport wasn’t clear. The reception told me I had to reserve beforehand, but it was possible just to hop on the bus when it arrived - no reservation needed. Kind and helpful personel. But should have been informed about the shuttle bus service.
