Simply wonderful, from the moment we arrived they made us feel welcome, check-in was super fast, all the staff were friendly and very attentive. In the restaurant, excellent food and impeccable attention from everyone, especially from Alexander (I hope it is well written). I had to work that day and I could connect my PC to the TV for a better view, however the TV wouldn't let me connect it. I spoke to a guy in the reception (I don't remember his name) who was at the reception and he quickly called the technician and in less than 10 minutes everything was ready. . The hotel is close to many places. The bar was excellent, especially Nikos' attention, Special recognition to Ivelime or Iveline for always leaving our room excellent. Thanks for the bear made of towels, it was very cute.

This is one of the best Hilton hotels we have stayed in. It is in a great location, just a short walk from the main city centre. We have a very comfortable and nicely decorated room. Breakfast was also excellent with freshly cooked eggs every morning. The staff throughout the hotel provided second to none service. From reception, to housekeeping, to the restaurant (breakfast) and the bar. Nothing was too much trouble and everyone worked hard and efficiently. This is how all hotels should be and is a shining example to Hiltons elsewhere.

Been here a few times and I love it. Perfect location and also newly refurbished property. Great staff and breakfast is delicious. Big Thanks to Boni and all the staff- Alex from exec lounge, Viki from reception and everyone from breakfast . See you again soon 🙏

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the location is perfect, food is very nice and a lot of options, the rooms are very clean, there is no rush about the check out time like at some other places, complimentary drinks and if someone doesnt like the food there is a McDonals across the street.

I cannot stop praising this hotel. Newly renovated rooms..everything was so convenient.. from the temperature controls to the multiple charger options. Ideally located right in the old city of sofia. Easy to walk around for shopping and dining. Check in staff were so friendly and welcoming even thou we arrived quite late. Breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options and staff were very helpful and accommodating.

In the last 6 years Hilton properties around the world have been constantly cutting services, most of them closed their executive lounge, no one gives you upgrades anymore, no amenities in the room however this Hilton has stayed as the Hilton I remember, amazing staff, very helpful, as a Diamond we got a very nice upgrade to a huge room. In the room you have lots of amenities, you don’t need to ask for anything. You got dental kit, bathrobes, shower cap, coffee machine etc. the Hotel itself looks great and very modern. In the Restaurant staff is extremely nice and always smiling. At the breakfast plenty of choices. Executive lounge was closed however they give you credit for the restaurant plus 4 items per person from the minibar (including alcohol) per day which is great compared to all other hilton’s without an executive lounge they only give you a drink voucher per stay. I would 100% recommend it. It worth every penny.
