Everything was fine until we were about to go to bed at about 22.15 when loud music started playing. We initially thought is was some other hotel guests and tried to call the reception, but they had closed. We went out to figure where it came from and it turns out it's the bar. They can't even tell when they'll stop playing. The surface of my water glass is vibrating on the bathroom counter...

I had breakfast at the restaurant. They serve a standard hotel breakfast buffet, with the standard variety of food, such as boiled and scrambled eggs, bacon, bread, coffee, cheese, etc. The food is okay, but not now than that. And the varieties of bread, cheese, jam etc, is more limited than what you would expect from such an upmarked establishment. No toaster for example. And it is quite overpriced. Also a BIG minus for the photo of the king and queen in the lobby. But of you need a big breakfast, and it's willing to pay, go for it.

Rooms & Breakfast is OK. The dinner was a great dissappointment. The beef could only be served as medium only, even when asked for rare. The canneloni was covered by tomato puree that killed all otjer taste. The service and staff was on the other hand great and very friendly and as helpful as they could.

Stayed one night while attending a leadership conference at the hotel. Aside from the ordinary demands (like clean rooms, good beds, and food that is fantastic for both eyes and mouth) I appreciated the high level of service and attention from all employees. I needed a conference room for a spontaneous meeting and I got that in minutes. Every response was accompanied by a smile. I will definitely come back soon. Next time with my wife for a romantic weekend and try out the spa facilities.

Friendly staff, but rather cold in the room - floor was freezing cold. Also, no wifi in the room that worked, and the staff knew it but could not fix it. Got the impression it was not going to be fixed...

Nice hotel in good location by the canal. Elegant design in lobby and public areas. Hotel room more basic, in need of updating. Breakfast fine, although scrambled egg and bacon kept in same container - which is a big no no. One member of staff stood in the breakfast room talking very loudly and swearing which was unprofessional. Other staff friendly and welcoming.

Bra läge i Söderköping, 5-10 minuters promenad från kanalen, dock lite dyrt , fast nu utnyttjade vi inte spa delerna, utan sov bara en natt. OK frukost, vet inte om den var nerdragen något pga av corona, eller om den alltid var så. Skulle kunna funnits kyl på rummet.

Mycket fint bemötande från kvällsportiern som hjälpe till med byte av rum från ett ut mot gatan till ett med lugn mot park.det enda som kunde ifrågasättas var att det verkade vara okej att ha med hund i frukostmatsalen.
