Nicely renovated rooms. My original room's bed was sinking down due to a mattress problem and they switched my room for a bed with a newer mattress. Good service overall.

We were staying for club volleyball and the location was great. But the room was gross! We immediately noticed a used bandaid on the floor and toilet paper stuck in the peep hole. I alerted the front desk and just asked that housekeeping made sure to take care of it the next day. We were there for 3 days and they were still there when we left. When I checked out I let them know about those items and the general dirtiness of the furniture in the room. A manager was going to contact me but I never heard from anyone.

Clean hotel and room! Updated bed and bathroom too. Building is close to the highway so it’s kind of noisy.

Everywhere you look beyond the lobby, this hotel has been poorly maintained and not clean. Sheets were tattered beyond any reasonable comfort. Bathtub heavily stained. Extremely small TV and not a great location to shelter outside noise. Coffee is some of the worst tasting coffee I’ve ever experienced and “breakfast” had no fruit, terrible gravy of some sort with stale biscuits etc.

The hotel needs some elevator upgrades and plumbing as the sink wouldnt drain properly. Staff were nice though. The beds didnt seem like queens but they were soft. The tv in the room was very small.

The property itself, is in a local central area, however there is a public transit train track being built right in front of the hotel so access to hotel is difficult.
Our hotel room had multiple (over 50) patch up putty marks all over the room. I wish that the staff would have put us in a room with painted walls and not a room that was due for sanding and painting. The room had a smell to it and my husband and I had to open the window for multiple hours to rid the smell.
The TV had issues and the screen would 'freeze'. On two occassions, the staff had to come to our room to override the issue.

Very clean & bigger rooms. Staff were helpful and accommodating. Good breakfast too! Highly recommended when you’re in this area.

The continental breakfast was as expected but it could have been enhanced with a little variety. We were there 12 days and it was the same tube sausage and scrambled eggs each day. Also there was very minimal fresh fruit.
