Paping Hotel & Spa - Rest Vonck by Flow

Everyrhing was great,apart from our door key kepting getting blocked.

Was heerlijk! Lekker eten en goede sauna.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Prior to the weekend we only had the booking confirmation e-mail, no extra information whatsover. Upon arrival the check in woman didn't know for sure if the room was already clean (we arrived at 16:00, check in is from 15:00...). The bed was made but there were flies in the room, dead musquitos on the walls everywhere, the toilet was dirty, there were stains on the floor, etc etc. Our balcony was next to the train passing, so there is that. It was 10 degrees outside but it was boiling hot in the room(?) We came for the Spa and were disappointed. You can only do trea**ents on saturdays appereantly, would have been nice to know that in advance. The steam room was broken, you have to leave the hot tub every 5 minutes to push a button the turn it on, there was mold, the swimmingpool smelled like old water and it was dirty everywhere. They don't explain anything to you at the hotel so you just have to figure out that you need a seperate card to access the spa, not just your roomkeycard. Almost all of the showers are cold or have no pressure. The restaurant is expensive and they had forgotton our reservation. I'm severly allergic to nuts and mentioned it in my booking information and again at the start of dinner. First course; cashew nuts in the salad. This has never happened to me in any restaurant ever. We've paid for the dinner with the booking, so only had to pay for our drinks. The price was 84 EUROS. Two teas, some water, and a bottle of wine. What the hell....

Friendly and willing staff but with a lack of professionalism. Rooms need maintenance. Hotel is located next to a train track and crossing. The outdoor whirlpool was out of service (for several weeks already) as well as one of the saunas.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel (with family). The room was spacious and clean, and the service was family-oriented and friendly. We had a small issue with the booking but it was resolved in a very forthcoming and friendly manner leaving us also very satisfied. Breakfast in the restaurant was also really excellent! Can recommend without hesitation.

The hotel is nearby the treinstation and nature. Has a nice restaurant with good food. The staff is very friendly. But the hotelroom needs to be renovated, at least room 106: Black Mold in the bathroom, hole in the door, stains all over the walls, one Light source with a dimmer that does not work. No cubboard only a rack to hang your clothes. And e

One issue: wellness only with swimsuits on. Was not, is now. Not ok!

Slecht bed. Vieze ramen, vieze kamer en vieze badkamet. Spa was prima!

Our booking was canceled by phone 2 weeks before we would go there. The hotel en Spa are closed. It is a shelter for asylum seekers. So it is a noble thing to do, but is a pity that the cancelation is at a short notice.
