該酒店前台工作人員比較混亂，原預訂的早餐到現場被告知沒有交錢，不得不找攜程再次聯繫。居住體驗不好。但是房間比較安靜。屋內設施比較老舊。PA酒店設施貌似都是這樣。

Check-In was easy and the front desk employee was very kind.
The hotel at first glance in the main lobby looked great. As we made our way up to our room, we noticed dirty and stained carpets in the hallway. When we got to our room, there were several dirty glasses and silverware outside our room. Inside the room, the carpets were dirty and stained, too. The sheets and the bed seemed clean though. We were only staying for one night, while passing through for a family road trip. I would not stay at this hotel again.

The staff was excellent!!! Friendly, efficient and customer focused. The main area entrance seemed nice, clean & refreshed.
However, the overall property needs to cleaned up. The carpet is very old in the hallways with heavy staining, wrinkles through out and in some areas looked like it had been wet and could have mildew. Our mattress had almost no support, the room temp was warm & even with the thermostat in our room couldn’t be lowered & lastly the closet door was ready to fall off and could barely be opened without two hands, with one pulling the door up & the other trying to open it.
Would not want to stay there again without hotel updates. Again though, the staff was amazing!

The acoustics in the hotel are atrocious. Its atrium design amplifies all sound (and there was A LOT of sound) in the hotel. Also, the guests in the room next to ours were blaring the TV, yelling and being as noisy as possible well past 1 a.m. even after we asked them to be quiet (they told us they didn't need to be quiet because were in a public space). The walls seem to made of paper based on how not soundproof they were. I will never stay here again.

We stayed here from our of town to meet up with family for a funeral. Hotel was very nice. We enjoyed the large comfortable rooms. Also the large common space was great to hang out with family and spend time together. Anthony was awesome at the bar taking care of food and drink orders for us!!
