Kassandra Bay Resort, Suites & Spa

Beautiful hotel, loved the water taxi to the main town and the buses to other beaches. Hotel itself was also great for a lazy days by the pool and beach beds on the quiet beach. Breakfast fab and rooms modern and very clean, we had a superior double and the balcony was huge with a fabulous sea view. Also highly recommend the restaurant and bar next door ‘Sorokos’ fab traditional Greek food , we had zucchini and stuffed squid which was fantastic, and it was an extremely good spot for drinks overlooking the beach and sea, amazing views and the barman was fabulous.

Fantastic hotel set in the most beautiful costal location. With plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas on waters edge. 3 great swimming pools and restaurants. Food was excellent. The whole place was spotlessly clean and the rooms were well equipped and very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and polite and could not do enough to help you. The water taxi to Skiathos is a fantastic way to get to the town centre from the beach. We will definitely return.

This was our first time to Skiathos and to Kassandra Bay. We were not disappointed at all! Honestly you must chose Kassandra Bay hotel for an amazing relaxing time. The staff are so friendly and helpful and cannot do enough for you to make your stay as comfortable as possible. On arrival they take your luggage to your room and give you an "orientation " of the room. I pre ordered prosecco with fruit as it was my partners birthday. The reception staff are so helpful. We asked them about the boat trips / tours and they recommended Skiathos boat trips and they booked it for us as well- we went on the Mamma Mia Tour. We came middle of May so the tours were all dependent on the weather. The location of the hotel was perfect - there's a lovely sandy beach with lots of sun loungers. And there is staff there to order your drinks / food. The water taxi is right there as well- it takes you into skiathos town and they are regular. It's definitely a good experience! We only ate one night at the restaurant because you're so close to skiathos town- the food in the restaurant was delicious! We wished we had eaten there again. The beach is at the bottom of the resort, down a few steps. There are two swimming pools with plenty of sunbeds next to the beach bar as well. Breakfast is served in one of the restaurants, the staff are attentive there, the waiters and waitresses will help and are friendly and pleasant. There's good choice of food and we saw people preparing boxes to have later lunch maybe. The best part for me was the resident cat called Lucky and when we were leaving we saw a gorgeous kitten and I helped name her, Luna. The bus stop is also on the main road near the hotel. We never used the bus though, we always used the water taxi and got a taxi back from town if it was late. The room was nice and comfortable with a lovely sea view. We asked for extra blankets which was no problem for the staff. The cleaning staff were amazing and cleaned the room so well every morning with fresh towels and robe. It was lovely to come back to such a well cleaned room. The staff were so friendly and professional and loved to have a chat with you. We felt very well cared for and looked after there. We're just back from a one week stay at Kassandra Bay Resort, where we enjoyed one of the Suites with a private pool on a bed & breakfast basis. Our first time at this property and we highly recommend it to any interested readers. Location was fabulous for us, about a 30 minute walk into/from Skiathos Town which we enjoyed, but for those not wanting a walk, the resort is well served by the local busses which stop directly outside of the property and, also the scheduled water taxi service to Skiathos Town, directly from the resorts' very pretty beach. Accommodation was brilliant, all the room facilities we expected, along with great daily cleaning, etc. Breakfast buffet was superb. We ate at the hotel on 2 nights of our stay. Equally as superb, with a fantastic menu choice at very reasonable prices, all highly quality in presentation, service and taste! In summary, our highest praise goes to the team members of Kassandra Bay, especially the Reception staff, the Restaurant and Rooms team and, the guys in and around the Pool Bar, which we frequented often. Every single member of the team that we encountered at Kassandra Bay were a credit to the place.

I believe this hotel was on Jet2 holidays for the first time in 2024. We stayed there for 7 nights in May, and were very impressed. The hotel is on a beautiful site at Vasilias Bay, with it's own private beach access, and impressive views. The hotel was not booked to capacity, but there were plenty of staff on duty everywhere, and the level of service was first class. The rooms were a good size and, like all the areas, kept beautifully clean. The only complaint was, for a 5 star rated hotel, there were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. The breakfast choices were comprehensive and kept regularly refilled, or cooked fresh to order ( omelettes) All the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful, and most spoke excellent English. There were 2 pools on site, plus the Aegean sea on the beach for swimming and there were plenty of sunbeds available The location was good, approximately 3 km.from Skiathos town ( 2.5 euros by bus, 10 euros by taxi) and the bus stop was right outside the hotel. There were 3 or 4 restaurants within 10 minutes walk, and obviously many more in the town itself.The If staying on Skiathos again I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Spacious,cozy, relatively new hotel with well-maintained green surroundings. Very close to the beach, not far from the city.Good connection whit local transport.Helpfull staff,great breakfast, It could be a larger selection of seafood in a restaurant for dinner.

We loved this hotel the view was exceptional and clean to a really high standard. Staff all fantastic All facilities were good and beach area always available as well as the pools. Breakfast was good and if you wanted something that wasn’t there they were very accommodating

Had a lovely week here in early August. My overall impression was very good. Positives 1. The staff are really friendly and are always happy to help 2. The setting is amazing with it being on the beach. 3. The rooms are ok and the beds are comfortable. The bathrooms were adequate and came with complimentary shower gel and shampoo. 4. The breakfast was ok, plenty of choice. 5. The food in the restaurants was well prepared and presented. 6. We always managed to get a sun lounger around the pool, and the pool area was nice and quiet without music which I liked. Negatives 1. The food was expensive in all the restaurants, while good quality at least 20 percent more than the restaurants in the town. The restaurants at the hotel were empty every night and lacked atmosphere which was probably due to the high prices. An opportunity lost for the hotel especially as there were always lots of staff with nothing to do. Menus were limited with very little choice for kids. 2. Drinks were too expensive, 9 euro for a glass of house wine seemed excessive and 6 euro for a beer which wasn't great. A little bit cheaper on those and we would have stayed in the complex more often. 3. The manager or owner kept coming out to the pool area and shouting at the staff. While I'm sure he felt he needed to flex his ego every now and then doing it in front of 50 customers isn't a good way of managing your staff or portraying a high end hotel image.
