Hotel Casa Vilella

As it was peak summer season, we were very fortunate to get rooms here after a last minute change of itinerary. It exceeded our expectations. We were warmly welcomed by Viga , possibly misspelled) And given a grand tour. All the staff were extremely helpful and kind. You cannot possibly beat the location. The beach right in front is clean, and the sea superb. If you are an ocean swimmer, this is your place. The property also has a large beautiful swimming pool. If available, get a seaside view room. We only succeeded because of a recent cancellation. We cannot wait to return.

Not sure how this boutique hotel is only 4 stars. With stunning historic architecture, the more than 100 year old oceanfront “Villa” was converted to a hotel 5 years ago. The rooms are modern and plush, all the staff were super friendly and helpful, breakfast was incredible. The pool is dreamy, w a garden that seems like it’s been there for many years, though staff said it was planted 5 years ago. On staff recommendation, we had a great meal at Mare Nostros. Highly recommended for old school dining. We can’t wait for next visit to Casa Vilella!

A relaxing week in Sitges at the perfect location. Stylish modern hotel in a great position overlooking the seafront. The rooms are magnificent and the public rooms are stunning. The newly refurbished pool area is a place of relaxation par excellence. The breakfasts are a pleasure and there are many a la carte options. We had the opportunity of taking dinner at the hotel and everything about the meal was of a high standard. Last but not least, the staff are friendly and helpful - nothing is too much trouble. This is our go to place in Sitges for good reason. Can't wait to return!

This is a totally delightful boutique hotel right opposite the beach, and promenade into Sitges, a 20-25 minute stroll in the sun. My room - a studio overlooking the sea- was immaculately refurbished. All the staff are super friendly - it truly is a gem.

The hotel is an older restored building (maybe a former grand home) across the street from the beach in Sitges. The staff were absolutely exceptional: the person checking us in gave us a tour, morning person showed us to breakfast sharing his favorites on the buffet spread, and accommodated our every request (from directions to restaurants to beach umbrellas). They really make this place special. Get the breakfast option: the location for breakfast is quiet overlooking the sunrise and beach. The spread had everything from traditional Catalan items (breads, meats and cheeses) to eggs, bacon, croissants, fresh juice. We looked forward to it every morning. The friendly Servers will make you any kind of coffee or bring you teas. Location is not right in the center of the old town but it's a pleasant walk (10 minutes) to center of town along water. The pro for us was that its a little quieter. Room was nicely appointed, modern with Clarins toiletries. Bed linens were luxurious. I wouldn't stay in the duplex next time because we didn't like the climb to the bed (steep and slippery in middle of the night) At this price point I wish they'd include unlimited water for your stay but they do provide small bottles a day. You need more in a beach town. View was great--directly facing beach. Overall, it was a great stay and would recommend it for those looking for quiet and great attention by staff. Wow. This hotel is perfect. On the beach, beautiful pool, lovely staff. The included breakfast is great. The rooms are super clean and modern. It's a short 5-10 minute walk to everything in Sitges. Absolutely nothing to complain about, only praise!

This is a wow hotel we stayed in the back looking out to the pool (was 100% lovely and the room was big) the reception was always there to help you. The hotel was 100% clean and would return. If I had to pick a fault it would be the pool bar. You had to wait there was never staff there . But you still got a drink . Would recommend this hotel

The hotel is in a lovely area across from the beach. Restaurants and the charming old section are within walking distance. Very clean and comfortable accommodations. The helpful staff are pleasant and knowledgeable. Private paid parking is under the hotel.

In summary, we can’t wait to go back to this warm, calming oasis with the staff to match! It took us 4 years, but we were so glad we finally made it to Casa Vilella in Sept 2023. Over those 4 years of annually booking then being forced to cancel due to COVID or family matters, the staff was patient and helpful every single time. We always ask lots of questions when planning, but they were prompt and enthusiastic always. Once we finally arrived, they continued in person to make our vacation wonderful, from the crisp fresh room, to the food and to the pool. The location is perfectly situated for an easy walk to everything and as you can see, well positioned to enjoy the coast at your doorstep. We will try to stay in our same room again with its big terrace and big windows to enjoy the sea view from inside or out. AC and shower pressure/temp were perfect. We stayed at 3 hotels with pools during our trip, but Casa Vilella’s pool was the best in part because of its warm water temp, possibly heated. We enjoyed daily sea view breakfast, a lunch and two dinners during our 5 day stay. We are so happy Casa Vilella and the team are there and clearly enjoy what they are doing - Sergi, Vico and Mario just to name a few. Muchas Gracias!
