This property is dated and dirty. The beds were HORRIBLE!! The coffee machine had cream and sugar in the water port. Have stayed in Motels that were better than this property.

Our original room had no hot water. The lady at the desk was extremely rude about switching rooms. Once they sent up the engineer it was a faulty handle. We had to pack everything up after unpacking and move to another room. This room the tub would not drain. They sent another engineer up and got it fixed. The manager on duty Cheryl was nothing short of amazing. She mademit right and brought us a wonderful gift basket. Had it not been for her we would've left and asked for a refund. She continually checked in on us the rest of the stay.

My room was very clean and relaxing the water fountain and breakfast with the omelet station was a absolute delight the chef was super nice most definitely will be staying again!

Staff were awesome. Very friendly. Room was clean but I questioned the furniture. Especially the chair more than the hide a bed couch. As soon as my adult daughter sat in it, we both had a tremendous flare up of our allergies. We are both allergic to dust.
Other than that our stay was wonderful. Didn’t get an omelet because the line was too long. No big deal.

Bathrooms were dated. Low toilet and shower tiles, fixtures, showing its age. Pool was visibly dirty.

We used the microwave and it caused us to have a short in the room and when I called the front desk they were a bit rude and I asked when someone would be up bc they were barely paying attention to us, she said I don’t know. We lost power to half the room it was strange.

The Friday I checked in was my birthday and so the trip was to celebrate my birthday and my daughter’s birthday early the hotel was so amazing well definitely return
