Very nice hotel. Great central location close in walking distance to restaurants and bars. Excellent breakfast options, we even got down to breakfast towards the end of the time allowed for breakfast and there was still plenty of food to choose from. Also the beds were very comfy.

Very clean, safe and modern property. Check in was quick and easy. The restaurant/bar had amazing food and the patio overlooking the river was beautiful!

Room smelled like mold. Elevator smelled electrical. The bed gave me a sore back.

Hotel is right on the river and bike path. Near restaurants and also downtown so alot of homeless wandering the area. Room was clean enough, walls are thin. Can hear every door slam shut down the hall and people above walking in the rooms. Parking lot smelled like human feces the next morning, gross. Hotel overall was good and I felt safe. Beds were comfy. Staff were friendly.

Rooms are in pretty rough shape with an odd odor. Front desk in the am didn’t even talk to guests.

The place does not look as nice as the pictures represent. My room smelled weird. We were woken at 1am to loud banging on a door. There are better options for this price

Located in nice downtown area of Sioux Falls. Although hotel could use some good TLC & updates. Too nice of a location with competitors nicer hotels for not that much more.
Refrigerator smelled horrible. Was filled with old food from previous guest that was never cleaned by housekeeping. Front desk apologized and did provide some compensation of a partial refund for the room. Other areas of the room seemd to be rush cleaned missing long hairs in shower etc. Breakfast service staff was very friendly.

Hotel needs some upkeep; carpets worn, damage ceiling tiles not repaired. Breakfast was better than average, staff was friendly.
