Had an amazing self-care solo staycation. W Singapore truly deserves every of the five star reviews because the service and amenities were all superb. The team delivered way more than what I asked for and I enjoyed every moment in the hotel. Love the steak at Skirt, French Toast at Kitchen Table, spa’s hot pools and infrared sauna, gym, everything about the room, welcome fruit platter and macarons, abundance of bottled water, huge swimming pool, quick and efficient check-in and more. Thank you for such a beautiful experience!!

Very pleased with the stay at W Hotel. Provide birthday amenities for our celebration, with balloons and cake. Had a good time at the Woo Bar, very chill and relax, despite music not allowed. Food at Kitchen Table was great, the W pizza was surprisingly good, or was I drunk of the cocktails. All the staff are very friendly. Hope to be back again soon

The room is very clean and spacious, bed is huge and comfy. Loved the bathroom design - you can watch TV while soaking in the bath tub. Swimming pool is huge and has a slide that adults of all ages can play in it - it was fun! Gym is clean and have various equipments to utilize. Room comes with $75 dining credit and we used it at Kitchen Table, same place as where the breakfast is at. Newsflash: it’s breakfast buffet and the food is impeccable. Loved the laksa and prata dishes. We tried almost everything on the menu except the sweet dessert section because we were so full by then. Overall, we had a really good time at W and would love to go back again one day.

Had a memorable staycation at W Singapore Hotel. Went to celebrate husband’s birthday & he was pleasantly surprised by helium balloons decoration, birthday card & a delicious birthday cake complimentary from W hotel. Big thank you! Room has a fantastic sound system & the mood lightnings was fantastic. Love the ambience of this hotel, looks posh! We had lunch at Kitchen Table, ordered pizza & calamari, it was delicious! Breakfast was also alcarte buffet, good choices from western to local choices. Nice presentation & delicious as well. W hotel service staff have excellent customer service, made us feel very welcome at this hotel. We had a splashing good time at the swimming pool. Love the long water slides, not just for the kids, adults also can have fun in it too! Will certainly return to this wonderful hotel.

The service was really good. Only downside was the mattress. It was way too soft. Other than that, the spa was amazing, the pool was cool and the room was also really good.

Fantastic stay at W hotel. As we were celebrating our birthday in Aug 2021, staff had prepared a celebratory treat as well as allowed a free room upgrade with spectacular view of the poolside + yatch on a high floor with balcony. Service by Allan was impeccable! Would definitely recommend and head back again

The team went over and beyond my expectations. They took the effort to decorate the room to celebrate my 2nd wedding anniversary and also provided some baby amenities for my 3 month old baby (cot and baby wash kit). The room was great and cosy and the overall vibe was 👏🏻.
