โรงแรมใหญ่ ห้องพักใหญ่สวยงามแต่ค่อนข้างเก่าไปนิดนึงค่ะ แต่โดยรวมถือว่าโอเครค่ะ

非常感謝Alen，第一晚入住16樓很吵，第二晚給我換到24樓。酒店位於新加坡河邊，馬路對面就是Havelock地鐵站，出行方便，面對金沙的房間景觀很好。性價比很高的酒店，下次還會選擇這裏。

離地鐵站出口很近、過一條馬路就到了、交通比較便利，其次房間比較寬敞了、舒適的床和枕頭、晚上休息的很好。洗澡水也非常舒適。
華人禮遇、中文可以交流、服務態度很好。
有游泳池、池水比較乾淨。

這個酒店服務完全跟不上，住了兩天沒啥服務，態度也不好，今天中午十一點就開始一個勁兒催退房，催了好多遍，説話很生硬，感受太差了

First time staying here since Covid. Check-in was fast. It was a self check-in system. Only thing is that they didnt accept contactless mode of payment for the hotel deposit. So i still had to proceed to the counter to complete my check-in as i did not have my physical credit card with me. Not an issue.
There was a lift leading straight to the carpark. Very useful and helpful. Room size was acceptable. Not huge but not small either. There was a filtration system for drinking water. Therefore, no bottled water was provided. But then again, Singapore’s tap water is pretty much safe for drinking unless otherwise stated. Loved the rainshower in the room.
I did not get the opportunity to try out the gym and the wellness services in the hotel. Will definitely find an opportunity to try them out someday.
