If you have been to Zouk in Jiak Kim, this is a place that you have to stay at. Not only has it brought back many great memories of the infamous Jiak Kim bridge, the location is at a quieter side of the bustling night life with scenic river views. Stayed at one of the studios and it is one of the most luxurious serviced residences with smart wireless charger, “Morning” coffee machine, Sterra, Bang & Olufsen Bluetooth speaker and even Dyson hairdryer! Service was 10/10 and best part is it is pet-friendly! We even borrowed their bikes to cycle around the river in the late evening to enjoy the views. Would highly recommend people to stay in this property & thank you to the team for the great hospitality!

The PERFECT residence in Singapore ☺️. We’ve been traveling for over 4 years non stop, all year long and I have to say that this has been one of my favorite place. The rooms are perfectly designed to the smallest detail you’d need. The common area is so nice, you can enjoy some snacks, breakfast and evening drinks to meet with others as well which is beautiful. The pool is beautiful, we used every single amenities we could use all the way to exploring the city with the scooters. Thanks again for such a welcoming stay we can’t wait to come back again 🥰

o Hotel é uma graça, novissimo e totalmente milenium, ou seja quarto minusculo, com vista panoramica para lateral de um predio. se você vai com mais de uma mala infelizmente fica extremamente desconfortável então escolha o quarto maior. Cuidado o contrato não pode ser rompido. Equipe gentil e café da manhà gostoso. esta super bem localizado ao lado do metro e em frente ao rio.Mas lembre-se o quarto de 24 m2 é muito pequeno

祖孫三代出遊，都很喜歡這個酒店。早餐沒有酒店那麼多種可以選但是很好吃，就是我p3拍到的餐枱那麼長，有麪包（甜鹹都有）和牛角三明治還有水果和沙拉，以及小朋友最愛的鮮榨果汁，還有罐裝飲料。晚六到八點是下午茶（happy hour？），有酒和小吃（主要是水果、雞翅和披薩）。酒店整體很迷你，一共四層，每層也就十個房間出頭，我入住的後幾天應該是滿房狀態，但用餐區也沒有很擠。酒店前門是棕線havelock站，後門是棕線great world站，都很近，p8圖是站在酒店前門拍的，圖中間那塊黃色的燈光就是地鐵站logo的發光。後門是新加坡河，坐在河邊看別人遛狗慢跑騎自行車也很悠閑。可以步行到克拉碼頭和牛車水和烏節路（均半小時內）。房間內有洗烘一體機，對這種每天都出一身汗的地方來説很必要，有提供洗衣粉。有廚具但沒有調味品。有熱水壺。有歡迎紅酒和馬卡龍。有膠囊咖啡機和膠囊。備品品質都不錯。 需要提醒的點： 1.門口的地鐵站不賣ezlink卡，得在別的地方買好，閘機附近充值 2.帶小童使用現有床鋪需要額外付費 3.一次性用品不包括梳子 4.入住時間晚的話最好備註一下，雖然我們晚上十一點到的時候還有説中文的前台特意在等我們，但他本來不知道要等多久，感覺有點可憐 5.好像六晚起訂

Had a wonderful 4D3N stay at Fraser Residence River Promenade. All their staff there are very friendly and kind. The room is neat and clean. Had speaker, Dyson hairdryer and air purifier for us to use which is rare to find in other hotel. My stay includes complementary cans drink, breakfast, evening drinks (beer, cocktails and some snacks) which is very convenient if we don't not want to go out to buy food or drinks. And most importantly they allow pet to stay if we book their bedroom apartment. Definitely will come back again for another stay!

Oh, you're in for a treat! First things first, the staff at this hotel were truly remarkable. They had this uncanny ability to anticipate my every need. It felt like they had superpowers! Whether it was arranging transportation, or simply offering a warm smile, they went above and beyond to make me feel like a VIP. Now, let me paint a picture of the room for you. It was like stepping into a dreamy oasis. The bed was so comfortable and fluffy, it felt like I was floating on a cloud. The room itself was impeccably designed, with stylish decor and all the amenities I could ever ask for; the kitchenette, washer dryer, cutlery and more. It was the perfect sanctuary to relax and recharge after a long day. Just to add and suggest on breakfast could have more hot foods and cooking station; making scramble eggs etc. But what really set this hotel apart was the attention to detail and the genuine care they showed towards their guests. It was evident in the personalized touches, like a handwritten note welcoming me to the hotel or the surprise treats left in my room. It made me feel valued and appreciated, like I was part of a big, happy family. All in all, my stay at this hotel was nothing short of magical. If you're looking for a truly exceptional hotel experience, I highly recommend checking into this gem. Trust me, you won't be disappointed!

The staff were very friendly and polite. Welcoming snacks were great. Free flow of drinks throughout the day. Close the great world mall. The room was clean and had high end appliances.

Great experience

This is a new venue in Singapore, offering guests loads of comfort. It consists of a main building (reception/lounge area/work space) and a newly built building, where the rooms/apartments are located. In between lie the swimming pool 30 mtrs or so long and the gym. Rooms are very comfortable, well designed and well equipped. Staff is very helpful. They offer guests a good breakfast, not abundant but more than enough for us. Around six they offer guests free wine and beer and some snacks. Non alcoholic beverages/coffee/tea are available 24/7. Bicycles are available too.

Excellent stay, very comfortable rooms with great design and views of the canal. There is a big room at the reception with free drinks all day and a happy hour with small bites. 24 hours gym is very good with a Dyson air purifier. Short walk to Great World metro station.

Rooms were clean, decked with toiletries , Dyson hair dryer, smart TV (can connect Netflix and others easily) , sterra purifier and Bluetooth speaker. Gym can be used 24/7 and it has just enough equipment. Service staff were super friendly. Convenient location to orchard, Outram park, mrt and Singapore river. Buses are convenient too. Nearest restaurants are all within walking distances. Bikes and scooters are available for rent (first come first serve). Highlight was the lounge with breakfast (small western bar), cocktail hours (free flow alcohol and snack bites) and 24/7 coffee, drinks, cereals and snacks. Me and my partner spent most of our time here just chilling. Love our 3 nights spent here! Thank u.
