Just staying here since it's one of the cheaper places to stay during ski season. Have an early doctor's appoin**ent in Frisco, and didn't want to drive 70 miles in the snow to get there

Hotel is dated and could use new bedding. No safety chain on the door. Shower water pressure was good. For the price it was ok for 1 night while traveling

This property is not up to date. No USB ports, tiny toilet, weak microwave, no fitness facility. Beds were comfortable. Walls thin. Breakfast lacking in protein and healthy options like yogurt and fruits. Tangerines were provided. Coffee weak. Not properly staffed to keep up with usage.

The "luxury" inn and suites is misnamed. There is no elevator so you need to haul all your ski stuff up stairs. There is also no water fountain to fill up a water bottle. At the continental breakfast, they only had spoons for utensils so we had to spread butter or jelly on our toast with spoons. The rooms are old and outdated. Stay elsewhere.

Ok for a one night stay. Could hear people coming in and out of the side entrance and hallway very loud. Room dated.

Easy to access and convenient to freeway. Continental breakfast was minimal but did what it needed to do. Will stay again but with a better understanding of what is in store for me.

Hotel looks very rough on outside, but I was relieved once inside. The rooms are comfortable and clean and updated (Luxury might be a stretch though). Breakfast is basic.

We stayed in two different rooms due to a change in our schedule. The first room had 2 of 4 light bulbs burned out in the lamps, and the bathtub filled up with ankle-deep water while taking a shower. The second room had a telephone wire hanging from the ceiling, the door wouldn't close properly, due to a loose strikeplate, and the entire sink faucet was loose. Both rooms, and the hotel, are very dated and dingy; the whole place could use some major renovations. The upside were the friendly staff and the soaps and products that they had in the rooms.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Facility was old, outdated and dingy. Our room was on second floor and there was no elevator. Parking lot was full and it had snowed. Continental breakfast was satisfactory.
