I’ve stayed in many hotels, and this Hampton Inn is one of the best for r the money. All the staff I encountered were friendly and helpful. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This is the second time I’ve stayed here. It’s just a quick overnight because it’s so close to the airport. The staff is friendly and helpful. I forgot my phone charger and they were so kind to let me borrow theirs. The only hiccup was the complimentary shuttle to the airport was not available, which is part of the reason I stay here. The taxi ended up costing me 250 pesos not including tip.

The courtesy shuttle was patiently waiting for me at the airport, just as promised. The driver, Gabriel, was efficient and friendly. Breakfast was full-optioned, filling, and delicious. The front desk night clerk, Beatriz, was very helpful and cheerful. This hotel has all the conveniences one would need, including a room safe.

Everything was absolutely wonderful , we came around midnight with their shuttle service , everyone was so kind and sweet . We were so hungry and we ate at their in-house Restuarant , soooo delicious , freshly made lemonade and had some of the best tacos I ever had . Their breakfast is so delicious and they have such a huge variety of food . Their beds were so comfortable, theirs no noise that was heard from inside the rooms . It was so peaceful and quiet . I loved my experience here . Definitely do stay here if you come to Silao !

Front desk and restaurant staff were helpful. Breakfast was good. Airport shuttle very helpful. Hotel needs a refresh and cleanup. Some repairs made not done cleanly.

This was just an overnight stop because it’s close to the airport. I have stayed at 4 or 5 hotels close to the León Mexico airport (so I don’t have to drive in the middle of the night). This was the best so far. 24 hour restaurant, which I did not try, but at least I had the option, the airport shuttle is included and runs every 30 minutes. Which is far better than 1 an hour; always getting me to the airport way too early. Friendly front desk person checked me in; I’ve stayed at another hotel close by in which you have to check yourself in - even though the person is just standing there behind the desk. The room was clean.
