Nice clean cozy room. Newly renovated small hotel, excellent location. Professional courteous customer service. We really enjoyed the stay. Wish room and specially bathroom was a little better size. Overall it was a satisfactory stay. We really like the Manor shopping center and Manor Restaurant on the second floor close to the hotel.

Three stars on the list, but staff make it feel like more. Cleaner than many four star hotels I have seen. Quiet too, with a nice ambiance in the lobby slash breakfast room slash restaurant. Excellent breakfast, not too many sorts, but very well selected and tasty all the same. The only complaint is the security of the free wifi. That should be upgraded to a secure one.

Our stay was ok but not great. The beds were comfortable and clean, but the curtain and windows need better cleaning. The room was small but for one night ok. On the contrary the bathroom was big. Upon check in I didn’t feel very welcome. The receptionist was more concerned about the fact that I haven’t booked the rooms on the Accor Hotel page and therefore he is not able to award me with points. The parking charges of CHF 12.00 for me too expensive but at least the underground car park was spacious and bright and easily accessible. In about 10 minutes on foot, you reach the city centre, in about 15 minutes the train station.

Everything was just great. Nice rooms and thhe staff was very courteous. Good breakfast and food, nice restaurant. Overall a very nice experience with exceptional service. We will for sure book again this hotel for our staff!

What i love about Ibis structures is that they're all similar and you always know what you are paying for, the room may be small and the locations not the best (its 15 min from Sion and 20 min fron Crans-Montana) but the structure is new or at least it feels new, it's modern and clean. Staff is very useful and friendly. All that for a cheap price (compared to the surroundings of course) Breakfast was also really good, but a little expensive. Sadly there are not many free parkings, and if they're occupied you have to pay 12 CHF/night for the indoor parking. To be fair that's clear on their website and at the reception they explained it to us immediatelly. But on other booking websites it's not clea, it just says "free parkings". So be aware of that. In conclusion, i can absolutely recomment it, and i recomment using thei website (Accor) if you become a member you will have a discount.

We had a really bad experience at ibis styles sierre hotel. Firstly we checked in and they gave us an occupied room where the bed is messy and the room is dirty , and the receptionist's reply was "oh ok i will give you another room" not even apologizing. Took the other room and found a cleaning towel under the bed sheets , complained about it and left the hotel although we booked for 2 nights and they did not care about it . I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Wir haben hier eine Nacht während eines Skiwochenendes im Wallis übernachtet, weil dieses Hotel in Sierre ein super Ausgangspunkt zu diversen Skigebieten ist. Das Hotel ist sehr ansprechend gemacht, alles war sauber und das Frühstück war sehr gut. Insgesamt ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Wir waren schon in einigen Ibis-Hotels und der Standard schwankt leider sehr. Bei diesem Hotel handelt es sich um eines der besten Ibishotels, in denen wir übernachtet haben.

Am 20.02. habe ich eine Buchungsanfrage für 6 Doppelzimmer(2N) gestellt. Es wurde ein Angebot von 145.00 CHF + 1,80 CHF inkl. Frühstück abgegeben. Dieses Angebot habe ich bestätigt und um eine Buchungsbestätigung gebeten. Diese kam aber exkl. Frühstück. Der Frühstückpreis beträgt 22 CHF pro Person, also 44 CHF am Tag. Dies habe ich reklamiert und telefonisch nachgefragt. Es wurde mitgeteilt das es im System mit Frühstück hinterlegt ist und das es bestätigt wird. Bis heute ist das nicht geschehen. Ausserdem wurde auch die Buchungsanfrage als Familie (2 K.7+5) 50% reduzierenug für das 2. Zimmer nicht weitergegeben. Im Finale habe ich nun die ganze Buchung storniert. GottseiDank noch nichts bezahlt. Sehr unprofessionell gearbeitet vom IBIS Hotel und ohne Entschuldigung wurde die Stornierung akzeptiert. Als silvermember accor bin ich sehr enttäuscht. Ich glaube das Hotel ist wegen einer Großveranstaltung an dem Buchungswochenende schon ausgebucht (alle Internetanbieter melden "ausverkauft") und es war ein Fehler eines Mitarbeiters die Buchunganfrage zu bestätigen. So genug, IBIS Sierre ist passe, haben bereits ein anderes Hotel gefunden. Ich behalte es mir vor diesen Vorgang accor zu melden.
