The glass was already broken when we reached there yet we had to pay for that already done damage at checkout. Hotel was good and the rooms were clean but this experience at checkout soured my whole trip.

So i’ve visited on 28th Dec’23 for breakfast because i had important work there. When i was about to enter the property. Outside guard stopped me for no reason and said ‘Paaji,kithhe?’ I mean *** is this?? How can a guard be so casual with a guest in a 5 star property? He discriminated me on the basis of religion coz i’m sikh. He can’t say Sikh,muslim and christian. He’s on duty so should address guest professionally with ‘sir’ I really got offended with his words. One guard in 5 star property saying ‘Paaji’ to guest without knowing financial status and all. What training is given to staff? I shared this incident briefly with Mr. Ankit Bhatnagar frontdesk. Unfortunately,will not recommend this jaypee property. I found Delhi and Mussoorie more hospitable. Being in Greater noida it’s just average. Breakfast was also Okayish.

Great experience, excellent for quality time with family, staff is excellent, and the property is maintained really well.. Rishika ensured we had a good stay and a great experience And even the restaurants were quite good Highly recommended.

We had a great time at jaypee noida, great hospitality, amazing services, kids had fun in the swimming pool and huge bath tub, it's was our second visit there. The best resprt in greater noida, rishika was very polite and helpful. Thank you...

The trip was too good and was very relaxing l. Even the staff is very helpful and sweet. I loved how they welcome is with a great and warm smile on their face. We love how they make our experience even better. Rishika di (in guest relations) also helped a lot and was soo sweet. Loved it.

We visited jaypee greens on 9 th May after that,To our pleasant surprise we were greeted to this mesmerising jaypee property spanned across lush greens, surrounded by chirping birds, next to a pristine garden , an expansive golf course, intertwining narrow roads that connect the whole property and most importantly the warm and courteous staff. After a great welcome staff , we first met the dynamic and ***nerly front desk Rishika thanks Frontdesk team sanjeet also.

I had a really good time here, their restaurants and in-house dinings are something to look out for. Cleaning was so good and night view of the hotel after lighting was so nice. Overall I am so happy with the service and hospitality of the hotel jaypee greens greater Noida.. I liked the food and food was so delicious and i liked it... Thanks Rishika and ebenezer

10/10 Staff are great Very friendly, golf course is great, food is great, very accommodating. Taxi service 10/10 Matrix bar is very good and conveniently located near the restaurant. Greater noida is a nice area and has a nice breeze so not that hot Thanks Rishika.
