Sun Kiss Hotel

Very nice small hotel well situated close to the beach and supermarkets. Rooms are basic but with everything necessary (including fridge balcony ) The manager is very kind and explains you everything you should know Breakfast is ok but is the same every day You get unlimited tea and good coffee Highly recommandable

Although in terms of location this hotel was ok. It did have numerous issues. We felt the room could do with a lick of paint because it did look a bit messy. One of the cupboard shelves collapsed when I put my clothes on it, although without asking the chambermaids repaired it when we were out. I had to screw on the shower head because it was leaking everywhere and i nearly slipped up in the shower while doing it. I also found the bed linen wasn't very comfortable. The blanket was very rough and wasn't very wide, so I frequently found it hanging off me in the night. The breakfast was very boring and never changed. There was only ever one type of cereal and my friend and I just had french bread with jams or honey on every day. Had I known how dull this breakfast was, i would have paid to eat elsewhere. The staff however were very nice though. We were on the 4th and top floor and the Wifi, despite there being 3 Wifi networks, the signal to all of them that high up was very weak or non existent. We could have used the Wifi in the restaurant, but there was always loud music being played so you couldn't always hear your phone if you were on Youtube. Also, you always felt the staff were trying to sell you something, so you never felt you could sit in the hotel restaurant and order nothing. I should also point out that there is no lift in this hotel. I was recovering from a knee injury at the time, so i found the 4 flights of stairs challenging, especially with luggage.

I spent with my mum Svetlana three days in this hotel at the end of July. Room 206: spacious, 4 beds, one AC, refrigerator, kettle and cups (free on request). Everything was perfectly clean and tidy. We experienced genuine Turkish hospitality from effendi Musafer and the entire family. They were supportive, always welcoming, talking to us with a genuine smile. We enjoyed a healthy breakfast on a picturesque veranda entwined with Bougainville sweetly scented flowers. It was a truly relaxing holiday mood. It was only 3 minutes to walk to sandy beaches and 10 minutes to the ancient city of Side with its archaeological site. This is the best location in Kumkoy to enjoy your holiday. The chef is fabolous, the Best food i ever had in Side Tyrkey. I have been here several times. All the staffs er kind and open to anyone. U will see smile and Best service u can imagine by Bilal and his very friendly crew. U will not regret a stay in Sunkiss Otel, they will make sure, U have the Best food and holiday in Side.

A fabulous little friendly budget hotel, with the most amazing staff. Room was cleaned every day. This was a cheap getaway with basic amenities, and the beach just a 2 minute walk away.

A bit bijou/ shabby chic, but very clean, very friendly near the beach and restaurants, air con,Balcony, Wifi, Breakfast - all in with the cost. My room was spacious, too.

We had a great stay. Hotel was in a good locaction for the beach. Our room was very comfortable with a nice balcony and air conditioning. No lift, but it wasn't a problem. Good breakfast, friendly staff. There's music every night until 2am.

The food is 10/10 a**osphere is fantastic i recommend the lamb shank! Its amazing! You will enjoy your meal. If your ever in Side, drop by for a great afternoon. You can never go wrong with the lamb in Turkey. Drinks: the strawberry daiquiri and the green apple daiquiri hits the spot on a hot day.

For the price we paid this is a roach motel didn’t even provide free water like most hotel do
