Tui Blue Barut Andiz - All Inclusive - Adults Only

Very attentive service . Staff and management took time to speak to all and were extremely courteous . Food could have been hotter at mealtimes.

This was our third visit to this hotel over the past 11 years. Last visit 6 years ago we were slightly disappointed as it had just been turned into a Tui sensemar and compared to our original visit in 2013(pre Tui lease) it was good but just didn’t deliver. However we decided as we liked the area, the size of the hotel and great accessibility, we decided to give it a go again. And well, it was so much better. Tui seems to have all the bases covered now that it’s a Tui Blue and it seems to have rediscovered the Barut feel. We are so glad we went. Everyone from the front desk to the ladies who kept our rooms so well were excellent. The food was good wherever we ate, and in The Culinarium Nunatin looked after us so well. Surprisingly he remembered us from our last visit 6 years ago and couldn’t have been more helpful. The waiters in the main restaurant were excellent as well and as I have some mobility issues they always tried to seat us close the buffet. In fact all the staff were so helpful if they saw me struggling as were the majority of other guests. This hotel is a great choice if you have mobility issues as there are lifts to all floors, pool surrounding area is flat and easy to access. The pool itself also has great access to it with ramped steps into it. I would love to mention everyone by name but there were so many I would worry I forgot someone - but let’s just say they were all great. Rooms were lovely, food good and wine not bad either (better up in a La carte though). You could ask for a reserved sun bed if you had mobilit issues but I noticed on a few occasions these seats, (although reserved) were often left empty for most of the day. We will definitely be back.

Absolutely perfect. We still have 3 days left. Can not fault anything. Gorgeous food, attentive staff and the CEO pictured is a brilliant cuddle buddy.

This was our first time here and it definitely won’t be our last!!! What can we say about this fabulous hotel, from the staff to the food,cleanliness accommodation everything was just perfect. We have holidayed all over the world but this has beaten our favourite hotel hands down. So we now have a new favourite hotel, we have never known the hotel manager to be so hands on, you could tell this was a happy place as all staff smiled and spoke. That comes down from the top I would say everyone was treated like royalty so well done 👏 Food was absolutely delicious there was nothing at all not to like, drinks were very good too. Pool area was very clean and there were plenty of sun beds. Rooms were spotless and sheets/ towels changed very frequently, beds were very comfy too. What more can we say a great big thankyou to Ergin and all his staff for making our first trip there just perfect, hopefully see you next year . Just returned from our 17th visit (I think!) Never tire of coming "home" Had a wonderful two weeks. It is the outstanding staff who make the Andiz unique, led by example from General Manager Ergin and Operations Manager Savas. Every guest is made to feel special, whether it is your first time or umpteenth time. The whole hotel is spotlessly clean, the food exceptional (and improves on each visit if that is possible). This visit, we did a "Behind the scenes" tour of the kitchen areas. Absolutely immaculate as would be expected and would put some UK establishments to shame. The pastry chefs who make all the wonderful cakes are amazing and so skilled! All credit to Velii, executive chef and his team. Special mention as always to the following staff: Mehmet - Front Office Manager Hasan - Service Manager Ufuk - Bar Manager Elvan- Housekeeping Manager Halit - Bar Captain Nuri - A La Carte Captain Ismail - Pool Bar ( What a smile!) What an amazing experience staying at the Barut Andiz. By far the most relaxing holiday we have ever had. Immaculately clean, excellent location and the staff make the place stand out compared to anywhere else, friendly, helpful and nothing is too much trouble. We can’t wait to return. We had a standard room, not huge but definitely big enough, comfortable bed and linens, towels etc were of a high quality. Food was always great with plenty of choice and something for everyone. The Culinarium restaurant provides something a little different with a great welcome and again, outstanding service. Cocktails are fantastic too. Shopping in the local area was great with plenty of choice, all shops giving us a warm welcome and often samples of Turkish coffee and Turkish Delight. Weather was great, never a problem getting a spot round the pool, literally not one thing to stress about, for total relaxation this is absolutely the place to go, we have already booked for next year, for our third visit!

Another fabulous holiday at our favourite hotel. Our 6th visit and everything was perfect as usual. All the staff are so helpful & friendly and make your holiday so special, Wether it be your first visit or like most people returning guests, everyone is treated exactly the same and made to feel so welcome and part of The Andiz family. Already booked for next May and can’t wait to be back in our happy place. Thank you again to ALL the staff who work so hard to make sure your holiday is the best it can be.

One word sums up this amazing hotel & it’s staff INCREDIBLE!! This was our first visit & we will definitely return. The hotel is spotlessly clean & immaculate, the food is outstanding & the staff friendly, polite & always smiling! A special mention to Ergin, Burak, Halit, Nurettin, Dan & Valentina for making our holiday so enjoyable in every way. An exceptional hotel, highly recommend!!

Our 3rd stay at Barut Andiz and another wonderful stay. The hotel is spotlessly clean and modern throughout. In a lovely location with a short walk to the private area of the beach and a walk along the front to Side town. We had a standard room and always request a room overlooking the swim up rooms, you get the sun in the morning on the balcony and we love sitting and people watching at the shops accross the road. The food has something for everyone and we particularly love the a la cart at lunch time. Where you can pick from a variety of freshly cooked dishes. As I have said before the thing that makes this hotel special is the lovely staff who welcome us back every year. They cannot do enough for you and are a credit to the hotel. We will be back for year number 4 ☺️☺️☺️
