Orfeus Park Hotel

We had a very nice stay for 12 days in this Hotel Orfeus Park. To be April, Whe had very hot days. The hotel itself is beautiful. Be well cared on the outside. Rooms were always neatly cleaned. Although the rooms could use some freshening up here and there. Especially in terms of finish. Some elements that need to be renewed. But it is definitely recommended. Do ask for a room on the pool side. The rooms at the back should be able to withstand the noise of the chickens(male) 🐔 very early in the morning. And Frogs F**king all night long. 🤣🐸 So after the first night we asked to change rooms. And this was no problem. The hotel's ANIMATIOM-TEAM. ❤️ They are fantastic!!! They keep you busy. Funny activities. And a very nice team that knows what they are doing! -BAZIR- ❤️ gets an extra compliment from us !!! Thank you for making our holiday extra FUN!!! The hotel is worth the 4 stars Very clean good food and good range of cocktails and alcoholic drinks Lots of sun beds And the beach is 200 meters walk and best location for space and swimming which is safe for kids The animation team kept us busy from morning to night Very friendly arround the pool and beach Thank you to Ersin the manager and his team for there hard work and friendly welcome The only issue we had was the indoor pool has been broken and not able to use for the last 2 years And still advertised we paid extra to come to this hotel as like a heated pool on low season Shane the owner won't fix ?? Apparat from this can't fault the hotel and great staff and friendly guests from arround Europe

Joint worst place I've ever stay at with their sister hotel Orgeus Queen hotel, room was dirty and had a horrible damp smell with dead bugs on the floor when we got there, reception staff had attitude unwilling to be professionalat all, pool is way too small for the size of the hotel so was always packed full, food was just simply horrible. It seems to be a very popular destination for certain Eastern Europen countries so if you are of a certain ethnic background be prepared to be constantly stared at all the time, pointed at, people taking pictures of you without your consent and the hotel staffs apparently unable to do anything about it at both hotels. How this place is classed as a 4 star is beyond me. Totally horrible place to be at.

We just came back from 1 week holiday at Orfeus park hotel. Hotel is not a four star hotel not even close. It´s located in Colakli which is lively village near Side. Despite the stars we had a fantastic holiday in Orfeus park. There is many good things at this hotel. Athmosphere is cozy and there is so clean everywhere thanks to the cleaners. Mostly visitors are german and sadly russian. There is lots to do, gym, hamam, darts etc.and the foam party in the middle of the day was awesome. Thank you for the animation team. Food is good and there is plenty of options for everybody. Staff is nice and helpful expect reception staff. There were lots of tourists at the same time so time to time there were queques at the bar and at restaurants. Sometimes wine glasses were finished (at dinner time) and we drink warm wine from plastic cup (which I hate). Also they save soap in the shower there was soap with 90% water. You need to buy your own. I hope they are helping the cats because there were lots of cats in hotel premises. Baby cats and it is hear breaking to watch them to live outside without their own home. Anyway I can go again if I find the good price. Thank you for the good holiday!

That's horrible. Everything in this hotel is terrible. 1. Old torn sofas at the reception 2. Dirt is everywhere. In the rooms, in the restaurant. Dirty greasy dishes. 3. There are queues everywhere. 4. The food is disgusting and not ready. 5. The Internet is practically not working. 6. There is no light anywhere. Playground in the dark, no lights. 7. The sun beds by the pool are always occupied from the night. 8. Room cleaning is done when they want. It is necessary to ask. 9. The shower water with smell. 10. The refrigerator in the room does not work. 11. Cats walk around the restaurant and they also go to the toilet there. The boss brings two small dogs to the restaurant every night. I've never seen a more disgusting place, but I don't dispute that they are. One star for that.

Upsides: •Plenty of beds and space at the beach •Nice beach •Food was OK although a bit limited in variation •Good beer and soft drinks at hotel bar •Good assorted Cocktails •Short way to the beach •Great Hairdresser at the hotel Downsides: •Endless queues at dinner at the hotel and beach bar •Endless queues for drinks •Poor WiFi at hotel •NO Wifi at the beach •It is impossible to get beds by the pool since people reserve them on the night before •Soft drinks at the beachbar has no fizz and taste like pool water •Beer at the beachbar has no fizz and taste like pool water •Water at the beachbar is always lukewarm •Lots of broken sunbeams at the beach •Room had old air condition which leaked water into the bed •The windows was missing curtains, had to improvise with bag and sheets •Curtains did not block sun •Very little shops, bars etc in the area •Very few AC outlets at room

According to description hotel has 4 stars, its far too many, I wouldn't give it even 1. We arrived to hotel at midnight, kids were hungry and hotel had nothing to offer. We got to our room, that turned out to be everything else but a nice hotel family room: it did smell like mold, it was dirty, air condition didn't work, bathroom was awfull, we honestly didn't want to use it, towels were all different, old and used with a holes in them. We tried to sleep because we were exhausted, one of the kids ended up to sleep on a tiny soffa, because the matress on his bed had mold. The next morning we complained and they wanted just to make sure that they will clean the room so we can stay there because everything in hotel is booked, but we didn't give up and within 10 minutes they offered another room, that was much better, it was clean and fresh, bathroom was much better and WIFI worked, so we stayed. Food was tasteless and boring, it's like they don't use any spices at all. There is not much to choose either, everyday is the same food. Hairdresser on sight is awful, charges completely different price than promised from the beginning, staff of the hotel has big problems with English and we had some issues with other visitors, like filming our kids. Summary: Never ever we are going back.
