The buggy service was subpar, and the staff was rude when we requested a wider seat due to carrying hand luggage and baggage, insisting we occupy the cramped space.
Also, balloons unexpectedly appeared in the pool while we were swimming.

部屋が広く、清潔感があり快適に過ごせました。アリがたくさん歩いていましたが、許せる範囲です。プールが部屋にあり、子ども連れには最高のホテルだと思います。残念ながら海の透明度は全くありません。土曜はファイヤーショーもあり、とても見応えのあるショーでした。

Overall experience my stay here was great. It is a good rest and relax staycation I will book again my next holiday.
However in the cleanliness as one of the king size bed sheet dirty with some spotted stained. Ants were found in the room. During the evening and dawn hours, there were lots of birds as there were nest just beside our level 7 corner and bird **** were spotted.
The outdoor activity was also closed nearby the beach side.

Wonderful hotel, even the room facilities is not that new but the condition is well maintained. Great service from all their friendly staffs. Please book with HSBC card to enjoy more discount on your stay. Clean surrounding and beautiful scenery at all times. Enjoyed very much on the stay!

I would not even rate a hotel bad and that is those kind of hotel that i booked but got disgusted and left in the middle of the night - kind. IRONICALLY i i just HAD to be bothered to rate this place BAD ACTUALLY. Why again am i doing this? Oh yes because its rarity of me writing and when it does it means legit. CUT THE CRAP ALREADY.
UTTER DISSAPPOIN**ENT. Booked on the same day (i normally do) and rate was 1K per room. Thats normal - booked two rooms for bf n me and the other was for mum n my maid. ARRIVED AT HOTEL 3.40 PM TO MY HORROR ROOM WAS NOT READY. Hotel staff managed his way to swindle additional 670RM so we dould be placed on waters. Yeah whatever but room was just MEH, and service was bad. Bad smells eveywhere. Bad vibes, super annoying. THIS IS THE WORST PLACE YOU CAN EVER IMAGINE TO BE AT. EXPLAINING MY RECOLLECTIONS WILL JUST MAKE YOU THINK LIKE WHAT THE ACTUAL **** happened to me there. So gonna skip that yeah. Toodles folks! Oh yeah so this boy insisted i had to include whats most ridiculous to him which i didnt care - had to pay RM10 for 2 stupid papaer baskets of ice cubes. Geah really wth - you cant strive to be worst than this already LEXIS HIVEA OR WHATEVER YOUR HOTEL NAME IS IDGAF.
