It was an unexpected experience at Taj which is such a renowned group of hotels, the kind of services provided wasn’t up to the mark. Disappointing services. Poor amenities. Dirty cutleries and no napkins. Untrained staff. When coming to a property of Taj, we expect up to the mark services and no stone unturned anywhere, but this property had changed our perspective for Taj’s properties. We will have to reconsider if we ever visit any Taj property again. As an epicure member, we were highly disheartened to see the poor services that we received.Manager only have sorry word for every thing . Staff not at all educated even they don't know what they have in breakfast menu. Shame for Taj.
