Krish Rauni Resort is located in the Queen of Hill Stations, Shimla. It is at a distance of 64 km from Shimla Airport, 48 km from Summer Hill Railway Station and 44 km from Shimla Old Bus Stand.
HP Road Transport Buses are available from Lakkar Bazar throughout the day. The nearest rail head is at Shimla, & Airport is at Jubberhatti, 15 km from there. One can hire a taxi or take HPRT bus.Cab can be booked on request.Krishrauni is an ideal night stopover when going ahead to Sarahan, Sangla Valley, Kalpa, Kinnaur, Kaza and Tabo etc.
During summer months from 1st April to 30th June, light woollens are required.Weather in summer is 28C(Max) 8C(Min). Winter 10C(Max) -8C(Min) The glory of the apple orchard is at its peak till August end. Come and see the beauty of apple laden trees, also carry some freshly picked apples on way back.July to mid September is rainy season. It is quite cold during this time. Kindly carry your raincoats, umbrellas and extra woollens.Mid September to November end is the autumn season when the apple orchard sheds its leaves. The mornings and evenings are quite chilly. One can enjoy the bright sunshine during the day.December onwards till March end is the winter season and it may snow any time, kindly carry heavy woollens during this period.
The property has well furnished rooms with amenities like television, telephone, tea/coffee maker and attached bathroom with regular supply of hot and cold water. Hotel facilitates laundry services, children's playground, bonfire and doctor on call is available for any medical emergency.
