Really nice, comfortable and good service, the location is great as well

Absolutely blown away by the standard of this stay. Easily the largest and nicest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in which speaks to astounding value for money. The bed was huge, clean and comfortable. The room had everything we needed at a high standard, the free drinks were a lovely touch. The location isn’t ideal for exploring Shenzen however there are good transport links and lots of restaurants nearby the hotel. If you are happy to take a slightly longer metro into the city each day then this hotel is amazing.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We found out that the Loft room's stairs were too high and bed was on the floor like tatami style. It was great however both my husband and I got leg problems. It's difficult for us to sleep on tatami, as we'll have a hard time to stand. After explaining the staff immediately help us to upgrade the room that's suitable for us. We would definitely come back again.

It was a really good room set up but a bit far from the big attractions. The front desk makes it easy to check in and out Lower level have 2 layers of different restaurants.

I’ve stayed in this hotel a few times and it’s always good and clean.

We stayed in one of the lofts. It was nice and spacious. The only downside is that the bathroom is on the first level and the sleeping area is on the second.

Middle of city. Great access to multiple attraction

I stayed here because it is close to where I will be working so it was a good base to look for apartments but it is a little far out from the subway and most major attractions. The rooms though are very beautiful and luxurious so great value for money in that sense. The sky garden just above it is also great for a nightime stroll.

everything was good, from the server to the room and the view from the room. The only problem is that while sleeping, I could feel some thing. Like bugs crawling up my body and stuff. And since the whole family was in the same room, they said the same thing. Maybe we were unlucky, but overall the place was good. Probably because no one had stayed there for a long time.
