I was not satisfied with the hotel and the service. I paid for the room, the deposit and the spa, but when I left the spa, they did not want to let me into the hotel room. That's it, you pay for a room, but you can't get there. At the same time, the location is not very convenient, you need to leave the spa and go through the cold hall. The employees are not friendly, and there are constant problems. They're still trying to take money, but they don't want to put in any effort to ensure that the service is decent. The plumbing in the room is old, the taps are not working. And the rooms themselves are in need of repair.

We booked a river view suite. Though the room was a bit dated but its size and floorplan was more like a presidential suite especially overlooking the pearl River. The river view was very grand and unblocking.. We really enjoyed the night view with multiple nightly cruises passed by every evening. The 5 star White swan hotel, people s bridge and "sand face Island" were all within our view. As we are more like vegetarian, the Asian breakfast buffet have enough dishes for our taste. In fact, I can accept eating that type of breakfast everyday. To enhance your experience, you can walk across the people's bridge to "sand face Island" through the old French style buildings and finally lead to the white swan hotel (if your budget allow, have a meal there). Of course, we did all those and more. What I didn't like and what the hotel needs to improve, please give hotel guests free access to the spa within the same building.
