Everything was perfect. Just I expected a terrycloth bathroom slippers.

Staff was very nice and friendly , prompt to respond for requests. Breakfast area was very neat and tidy. Quiet hotel for sleeping. Eating area floor was dirty. No water available in the gym. Beds were uncomfortable. Bathrooms needed more cleaning.

The breakfast was good. We enjoyed the fresh Belgium waffles. However, the hotel itself is dirty and dingy. The saltwater pool is nice but the pool area was dirty. We were also up all night due to very loud people beside us and above us. The walls are too thin.

The room itself was nice and clean, but the rest of the hotel was worn and the floor everywhere was very dirty. We checked in at 4 and breakfast was all over the floor in the breakfast area and lobby. The pool area was covered in hair and standing water.

Nice amenities, very clean rooms. The first thing I always notice when entering a hotel room is the smell. Stagnant air has that dusty quality to it. This room didn’t have a trace of dusty smell. It was pleasantly fresh smelling.

Overall everyone was courteous and it was fine. There were a few issues though—the heat wasn’t quite working in our room so it was blowing cool air. But they fixed it when we let them know. The window also was not insulated at all and it was cold on that side of the room with no extra blankets in the room. There was no fan in the bathroom. And we were on ground level with no security on the window but it felt like a safe area. Room seemed generally clean but there was a fake nail on the floor. Lady at the breakfast was very nice and helpful. There was an issue when they “authorized” my debit card—it actually was debited from my account though on their end they did not see the debit. So that was stressful and they said I’d need to contact my bank and/or ******* about it and seemed irritated by me. Parking was convenient, m daughter enjoyed the pool.

We were very happy with most things. However right off the bat parking was a little confusing. We ended up parking the car while we were checking in and didn’t have a key so one of us had to walk around the building, which was quite a walk in the cold. On the bright side it was clean and quiet which we were very happy about since we just wanted to crash for the night. We got there a little over an hour before the pool closed so we quickly took a dip and it was pleasant and clean. However the shampoo and conditioner that was provided was almost empty, they were great smelling and made my hair feel nice though! We did have a little lack of communication the morning we left unfortunately. Upon checking in I asked if it was possible to have a late checkout, and I was told that wouldn’t be an issue and noon was okay. Right before 11:20 we had not only our alarms going off, housekeeping knocking and coming in the room while we were laying down in bed, as well as the front desk calling. She told us no one relayed to her there were any late checkouts, and seemed pretty annoyed. We left with a good 15 minutes before noon.

Staff were friendly and helpful, room was clean and comfortable, and the included breakfast was more than I was expecting.
