Hello I wanna speak about my experience at hotels sunrise Remal beach sharm Elshaikhe Egypt i was there at January I spent the new year celebration there thanks for the entertainment team for this amazing party was and for all the fun you give to us And would like to speak about the hotel is so amazing peaceful place and people there are so friendly and professional food drinks is everywhere in hotel many bars many restaurants taste food as well and the rooms so clean and modern beach is amazing to swimming and snorkelling too thank you so much we will come back

I rested in this hotel in June, I liked it very much, because everything was very clean and beautiful. the food was delicious and varied. there is a very good staff working there and their animators are simply the best

The hotel is very nice, pleasant and responsive staff, issues are quickly resolved. Delicious cocktails and good food. It's cool that there are snack bars where you can have a snack. The rooms are large enough and well equipped. The rooms are cleaned daily and everything is cleaned up to the slightest specks of dust. There are various shows and programs in the evenings, as well as during the day: dancing, yoga, foam parties! In general, I am glad that when I arrived in Egypt, I settled in this hotel!

I stayed with my daughter, everything was very pleasant. Delicious food and beautiful sea. I really liked the evening animation - Bouushii is the best animator. Polite staff and good housekeeping. Clean and beautiful area of ​​the hotel.

I stayed in this great place only for 5 days, however, I can definitely recommend this resort as I really enjoyed everything I was offered: cosy room with comfortable bed and ocean view, various facilities in the territory (swimming pool/gym/shops/bars), friendly staff, fine foods and drinks. I would like to thank management of the hotel because I could clearly see that their approach is that the guest satisfaction is the highest priority. Keep it up! Special thanks to Ricardo, Hany and Mohamed :) It was a pleasure to spend my holiday in Sunrise.

Well...we had fantastic holidays , we loved Sharm , the people, the food, snorkelling, swimming etc etc Sharm really exceeded our expectations, so we can honestly say, we would like to come back to Egypt in the future. The hotel is focused on families with small kids , animation team is too loud, you can't escape during the day the very, very loud music and screaming kids by the pool . The first room we had was 330- with a lovely sea view but...from around 10.00AM the animation team is starting the never ending show by the pool, which was just outside our room....not a chance to read a book or to relax until basically 19.00!! After 2 days I asked for a change of room and from then our real holidays started- without any problems we had room 128 offered , which was away from screaming kids and animation, with an amazing view. The best part was the entertainment area was just outside our room so the evening shows we could watch from our balcony. And the music/shows always start at 21.00 and finish around 22.30. The food was outstanding, fresh and healthy, no pork at all, beef , chicken and some fish but plenty vegs and fruits. Bravo to the chef :) We went to Thai restaurant and Steak house ( included in AL) and not so much about Thai but the Steak was delicious. Staff was very polite, professional - we have to mention our cleaner Adel and Ibrahim -taxi manager- we will remember them both for a very long time. If you would like to go outside the hotel ( Soho Sq or Farsha ) -speak to Ibrahim - he has a desk in the main reception- he will know how to make your trips safe and on time. Thank you Ibrahim :) now...due to 90% of Tourists being from Russia- the staff don't speak English almost at all, which was really strange ! Shame as we would like to talk to more people and there was a language barrier all the time ! The most important thing is that the reef outside the hotel is alive which was great to see and snorkel , plenty of fish to see, it is a bit crowdy as the jetty is small but there is a lifeguard on duty all the time. Tip- if you would like to see Ras Mohamed for snorkelling- boat trip from the hotel was a real disappointment.. why? pick up time from the hotel -should be at 08.00am, noone came until 08.35 !, we were on the boat at 10.30 ( were promised to be on the boat at 09.00am)!! in the water the first time at 12.30!! they were focused on the diving participants only, so we only snorkelled 1x and the reef was very small , nothing special. White island stop....well. The boat stops way before the island so you need to swim a bit, which was interesting and def not safe for everyone. The island itself is tiny and there is more than 100 people on it all the time .We came back from the boat trip not feeling OK about it. The best way to snorkel in the Ras Mohamed is to book a private taxi with Ibrahim- we had our driver for 5hrs and he took us to the most beautiful spots with easy access from the beach. We had fantastic time in Egypt

I just don't even know where to start the hotel is the best🥹🥰👍we were worried a little bit about the room, but it was beautiful and the view is what 🫶cleanliness is at a height 🙏they don't even ask to clean themselves, they do everything also there is security as there is a safe) the staff is friendly always and everywhere they say hello and ask how are you 🥰 if even when you pass by, they give you the way and open the door, it's very cute 👍delicious cocktails we fell in love with the bartender Ali is very smiling and good, does his job 100% cocktails always decorates even 👍😌 animators always make fun and from morning to evening they always hold all sorts of contests and dance) we will miss Akbar Bursh and Mahmoud😌 honestly we want to come back again without even thinking about another hotel)the food buffet is always different and delicious, the cooks are clean, always wearing gloves🫶🥹at the reception, the guy Ahmet will always tell you everything and will be handsome 🥹👍in general, I would rate the hotel as 5* very nice and cozy 🥰

I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel! Service at this hotel is top notch. Room cleaning every day in a timely manner! The food is varied, for every taste for both children and adults! The sea is gorgeous. Pantom is not long! The descent for children and adults is convenient! Friendly animators, a lot of different games and sports activities! The evening program is different every day! I would return to this hotel again!

Great hotel! I definitely recommend it to everyone! The staff is the best, the rooms are the best, the food is the best! Excellent work of the animation team. We lived in this hotel from 20.06 to 01.07. Everything was at the highest level, starting from check-in and throughout the holiday.
