Bad service but great coral reef access at hotel to snorkel. Though the masks are extra charge so bring your own if you have them. Breakfast buffet and drinks were not great / overall there are better hotels to stay at in sharm.

What a magical place this is! Steve and I had the most wonderfully relaxing 10 day stay at The Royal Savoy. Throughout our holiday we were so impressed with all the well trained staff: their attention to detail, the amazing food and service. We would love to return for my special birthday in January 2025. Special thanks to Hussien our room attendant, Romany, Ahmed, A Atef at the pool, Alaa the Kit Kat man, Aislinn and her Morning Room breakfast team (wonderful omelettes), Makarious, Hussein, Mina, Sameh and Mr Ramy and Islam in the hotel administration team.

A fantastic place. Great people work there & made us feel very welcome. The staff, our room, the food & drink, the pools, the entertainment were absolutely amazing. I recommend this place highly & we are looking forward to going back there to see everyone.

Best service I have experienced in a long time. They just want you to have the very best time. Met loads of very nice guest, all of which had been to this hotel many times before, which says it all. Lots to do but tucked away, so you can get away from all the noise if you want too. Will definitely return.

First time to Egypt and we couldn't have chosen a better hotel . We opted for B&B with the lounge access and was well worth it . The staff are so accommodating. Was greeted by Shehab on arrival who explained everything we needed to know. Will definitely return but for longer next time as we only did 5 nights. Also a Thank You to George at the pool who looked after us so well . Thanks to all the staff . Keep up the good work .

Went in match. We were pleasantly suprised. The hotel was beautiful and very clean with well kept gardens. The staff would go out of their way to ensure that we were satisfied. There was a vast variety of foods which tasted good. During our stay, we had met various couples who come to the same hotel every year. They said it wasnt their intention but the staff and stay is so welcoming that they are drawn back to returning. It was the 9th time for 2 couples.

We had a week at the Royal Savoy as a family of 4 adults in April. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel for a relaxing break. The service was outstanding throughout. We particularly loved the service at breakfast in the Royal Savoy restaurant-a relaxed and serene ambience - superb staff and service. Big shout out to Ahmed and George at the pool for the superb bar and sunbed service. Nothing was ever too much trouble for them and they made our stay so much more chilled by looking after us so well. Beautiful bedrooms, immaculately clean and spacious. Service down at the private beach bar was also superb. All in all a fabulous break at a fabulous hotel - we will be back!
