Clean hotel but bad experience, unwelcoming staff, no water in the room, I don't recommend it

This is my 3rd time staying in this Hotel here in Sharjah coming from Chicago. If you are visiting Sharjah from any country and even from one of the Emirati States this is a must stay, Clean Rooms, Location, Wi-Fi , Breakfast and Staff. Will Not Be Disappointed. I’ve stayed during the month of June from 10 to the 17 and from June 17th to the 19th and now from July 7th to the 11th.

We could not believe the price quoted, it sounded too good to be true. When we arrived, the amazing manager upgraded us to a room with marvelous view and breakfast was included. The room was super spacious and clean, and breakfast was excellent. The staff tries its best to assist you in anything. We shall be back in less than 2 weeks. Highly recommended.

They only give you one card for the room, but when you click “do not disturb” on the panel, once I take my card out to leave, the power disconnects and the do not disturb notice doesn’t display. So my room kept being made up when I didn’t want it to
