I Would Like To Thank All Rotana Erbil's Team For Their Incomparable Welcome And Care , Especially Miss Yara , Ms. Salma, Ms. Ghazal At The Front Desk.; As Well As Mr. Michael Atef , the Front Desk Manager for his kindness, and hospitality , careful of details. It Was Really Pampered, Safe And Sooo Comfortable. And Very Convenient , Location And Service Wise... It Was Just Like Home..

This hotel is my favorite in erbil, the staff are incredibly friendly, the outdoor pool was beautiful. I really enjoyed the stream room and sauna which I used multiple times per day. Breakfast was really yummy with an incredible selection and the food in the Italian restaurant was amazing. I will be staying here again.

Ghazal and Yara are the best on the reception and very helpful and kind they always make us feel like home The food is very delicious and clean as well the pool is so fun I will definitely come back and visit the best hotel in town Thanks ghazal and Yara

Dj was awful, but awesome staff with high customer service!! Receptionists was really nice and helpful, even helped me order food from her private phone which was above and beyond!! Nice and clean hotel, 1 more thing worth mentioning, pool is small, missing indoor/inside building swimming pool!

Came to the Rotana to enjoy the pool which was excellent. We stopped in Bond bar for a coffee and Tania the barista was amazing, she tended to our every need and was always met with a smile, nothing was to much for our demanding group. We would 100% recommend using the hotel and its facilities.

Great services with special thanks to all staff in reciption ( Yousof, Obsi, Ghazal, Tareq….) and all the team in business club for great support and always smiling. I used to stay in this hotel because I felt Im in my home and this is because the great staff.
