We were made to feel very comfortable and welcome. David is a very attentive host. The hotel is in a perfect position to enjoy great views and to explore other places locally. Great restaurant recommendations and advise to book in advance to avoid disapointment. will be sure to return on a future visit to the island.

Beautiful hotel in beautiful setting. Quiet and very relaxing. The attention to detail was amazing and the breakfast delicious. Extremely welcoming and friendly. We look forward to returning in the near future. David and his wife are passionate about their hotel and quite rightly so.

I came to stay at Haven Hall with my twelve year old daughter over the May bank holiday weekend. We had a really wonderful time. The location of the hotel is absolutely stunning, with beautiful sea views from every angle. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to the Victoria & Albert room and we were therefore able to enjoy amazing views from all the windows. We had a very relaxing time resting in the garden and swimming in the pool after the very tasty breakfast. David, the owner, was also great at suggesting things to do on the Isle of Wight, so we managed to pack a lot into our short trip. Overall, it was a really fantastic stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The stay was superb! Everything about our stay was perfect. We were greeted at the massive black and gold entry gates by our host/owner DAVID and immediately transported to a storybook surroundings of manicured gardens, patios a fountain and views of the ocean. The 7 million dollar renovation of the mansion shows in every room…attention to detail abounds! Every need is attended to and the staff is wonderful. I sound like I’m gushing and I am. A totally perfect experience and I will be back if given then opportunity. The service, beauty, tranquility and care made this a truly exceptional experience!

The Hotel is excellent and in a great location this country hotel has a great feeling and like steeping back in time into a country home The staff were all excellent The grounds are like something in the south of France excellent design and care and attention have been taken to make it very relaxing

Haven Hall is by far the most luxurious hotel on the Isle of Wight. The owners, David and Arielle, are on hand at all times and you feel you are their personal guests. The bedrooms are extremely comfortable. Breakfast is prepared individually for each guest. The setting is simply stunning overlooking the sea.

Beautifully designed hotel set in magnificent gardens overlooking the sea. We were welcomed by David and Arielle the owner managers of the hotel. We had a delightful room. A delicious breakfast was served in a lovely dining room where David made sure that all his guests were comfortable and helped to plan their day. Thoroughly recommended

We have just spent 3 nights at this very lovely hotel. It's set in Beautiful gardens at the top of a cliff overlooking the sea. It feels like it's in the middle of no where but the links to Shanklin and beyond are a few minutes away. There is an outdoor pool and lots of sitting areas discretely arranged around the main garden area and a large patio is located just outside the dining room. The attention to detail in the hotel itself is exceptional. The original house was built in 1906, every one of the public rooms is inviting and beautifully dressed. Lots of interesting artifacts that contribute to the style and comfort. We were in the Victoria suite - four windows all give different views and aspects of the garden and the sea.The room itself is bright, exceptionally well furnished and has a super king bed. The bathroom is large and the bath overlooks the sea - there is a separate large shower. The hotel does not do evening meals or lunch but it serves a good breakfast with a variety of choices of hots and cold. The staff are attention and the owners are welcoming and accommodating, nothing is too much trouble. I really loved staying here. It was a relaxing haven. David and Arielle are fantastic hosts. I thoroughly recommend it
