I booked a superior room at Hyderabad Grand. The name 'superior' perfectly suits the superior bed offered in my room. Besides that, I was so disappointed with the toiletries, bathing space glass door which gave an annoying sound every now and then, it wasn't opening or closing smoothly, though. Breakfast was complimentary, which again a big disappointment, the menu was same everyday, idly was too bad, poori was full of maida, even the drink was the same watermelon juice every morning. The hotel might work on their breakfast menu & their room a lot to provide exquisite customer satisfaction

i stayed here 3 times.it's a good stay near airport to catch morning flights. Don't expect luxury but enough facilities for overnight stay.they have airport pick up dropping facilities also.only once eaten breakfast and it is okay.staff are okay ,some are courteous and good.

Its nature was so beautiful And Maintenace was so good. In Hyderabad, The Grand Hotel Was made our day beautiful and brighter. My wish to arrive again in the same hotel with my family and my friends. The Room Service was excellent. and I loved it

It's been almost 2 months I am staying here, kind of hospitality I received here is amazing.Be it the food or accommodation everything has been top notch. Thanks to Ali bhai for taking care of our food part, Sohail for attending to our special requests so attentively.Cheers to entire team of Hotel Hyderabad Grand for their commendable job of hospitality.

A good hotel with all amenities. Enjoyed our stay. Car parking could be covered since the heat is very high. Food was good, Breakfast was very nice though traditional Andhra stuff like Paddu and Pesaratu could have been served. No fruits during breakfast. Only bananas. Atleast one more type of juice during breakfast

Our stay at the hotel was excellent. The room was comfortable and clean with hot water in the bathroom. The entire staff were friendly and helpful. The attached restaurant was also excellent. Mr. Ali and his team provided excellent service.
