สวัสดี trip.com ที่พักครั้งนี้ฉันได้วิว ตึกกำลังก่อสร้าง นี้เป็นครั้งที่สองแล้วนะ ก่อนหน้านี้ที่โรงแรม Pullman Kuala Lumpur ก็เช่นกัน ฉันมาพักผ่อนคุณ ความรู้สึกฉันเหมือนฉันเป็นหุ่นส่วนบริษัทรับเหมาก่อสร้างหรือไง ฉันมาตรวจงานหรือนี้

The hotel room was fantastic and clean. Swimming pool suitable for kids and family. Games room well equip with games, pool table, foosball and PS4. Walking distance to I City Central Mall

Will definitely come to this hotel again if we go to Shah Alam. Walking distance to icity and central icity. Nice city view from our room. The room is clean, the staff is helpful and friendly. Fantastic breakfast buffet, keep on refilling even we went a bit late.

Mall is located right next to I-City Mall (Sogo) & next to i-city park. Our room was complimentary upgraded to i-city view, which was amazing. Nice bed & pillow. They also have game room which was amazing for us to spend some time playing games together.
However is there are no vanity amenities given such as toothbrush.
As usual, received cookies as check-in gift. Overall amazing stay, will definitely stay here again sooooon.

Hotel is at a very convenient location next to a big mall and also nearby amusement/theme park. Good for families. Room is clean and very nice. Probably the first time I stay in a 5-star equivalent hotel but at 3-4 star price. Definitely value for money. Breakfast spread is one of the most extensive I have seen, with ice cream available in addition to yoghurt. You cut your own salad vegetables - as fresh as it can get! The gym equipments look new and are well maintained, open 24 hours. There is steam room as well. Towels available at the gym, apples available to boost energy too.
Even though I book through Trip.com, they recognised my Hilton Honours membership and welcomed me warmly. The welcome cookie is delicious and a very nice touch. This Hilton has given me a wonderful experience and I would love to stay in this hotel again and try out the spa next time.

The location so far is good , near to the central mall i city. This is my second time staying double tree by hilton shah alam i city.. quite disappointed because this time we come for my mom celebration and we did request for a cake before we check in the hotel.. but after check in the hotel didn’t prepare us the cake. Luckily in the end they do provide

All is good with a nice location. The parking has a flat rate of RM 5 per entry instead of free but anyhow the hotel is nice to stay.
