I would like to express our frustration in checking into the hotel. First of all, the hotel room provided isn't as per what was shown on your web page. Secondly, as we arrived there they keep saying the rooms were already occupied. We made full payment online and we were asked for a deposit of Rm10. Therefore there was a total of RM180. The room was so smelly(cigarette smell), the bed sheets were dirty, no lights and Air Condition weren't cold, the TV was broken, Toilet was dirty and the overall conditions were not acceptable. I did ask if they can spray air freshener in the room, and the supervisor replied NO. We then couldn't stay in that room and we have to check out and find another place to stay. When we asked for a refund the second day since we are cancelling the booking, they responded, " Sorry, you go back to the website agent and request there". I would like to seek a refund as we didn't stay in the hotel. AS TRAVELLER we have stayed at many budgeted and non-budgeted hotels and THIS HOTEL IS ABSOLUTELY THE WORSE!. I would like to get a Swift response from your customer on the refund or what is service recovery you can do for us.
