Suites Hom Sevilla

A wonderful suite in the middle of Old Town with a king size bed ( something we’re not used to when traveling through Europe) and a huge shower, also had a large free standing bathtub. The kitchenette had all the basics - however no coffee maker in the room but a first class expresso machine in lobby - available 24/7. The staff was wonderful as well - my wife forgot her backpack one evening and the hotel manager went to the restaurant to retrieve it for us - thanks so much! We will definitely stay here again, when visiting Sevilla.

Excellent location. Service extremely good Room very well appointed. The most comfortable bed we have ever slept in! Excellent shower 3 minutes to the Cathedral, Alkazar, best tapas bars etc... Highly recommended

After half an hour of our arrival, we have noticed that flat was full of cocroaches which were coming out of every part of the room - under the sofa, under bed, from beneath the door etc. I called the accommodation manager/support service worker and asked for immediate relocation. She proposed us another room, which was absolutely useless offer, as cocroaches were coming even through the door from the corridor, so obviously the whole building was full of them. Lately she proposed a room in another one of their hostels, but from the next day from 2pm. Spending even an hour, not speaking about the whole night in such accommodation was absolutely unacceptable for us. The solution must have been proposed at the immediate effect - either a full refund or immediate relocation to a new hotel (in an ideal customer service world - an upgraded one). None of them were offered by this accommodation. I am attaching photos of cocroaches found on the floor right after we came. We counted at least 10 of them within first 10 minutes of our arrival. The room was absolutely unfit to stay. I understand these cities have older drainage systems, the warm weather etc….but this is an old building, already at an entry to the building, I noticed an awful drainage smell. I had a weird feeling from the very first minute of our entry and unfortunately I proved to be right.

Great location, comfortable and cozy. Good space of the bedroom and bath, amazing bed. Everything so fast and online, so super easy to do the check-in and check-out. In the center of the city close of the church and museuns and restaurants.

The location is great, the appartement is clean, spacious, and very good beds. All you need is there. We arrived early and could put our luggage in the reception. Supermarket with the freshed orange juice and bakery at 100 meters, very close in the old center but quiet enough to sleep. When we come back to Sevilla, this will be our choice again.

The location could not have been better. Just around the corner from the cathedral, but we still had a quiet night sleep at the hotel is on a side street. The staff were great and patiently let us practice our (poor) Spanish on them, despite the fact they could clearly speak excellent English! We will definitely stay here again.

Great location. In heart of Sevilla. Very big and comfortable bed . Special bath for romantic couples.. Coffee and tea at your own discretion in the lobby.Apartment is equipped with all you need for a nice stay, Check in and check out very easy.

We stayed at HOM for two nights and it was super pleasant. The location is incredible and it allows you to get to all the main places in Seville just in a couple of minutes walking. The process of checking in and out was super easy. The room was cozy and modern, everything was clean. We had a great time and would totally recommend this hotel.

The apartment was very reasonably priced. It was in a great location. and was one of the best rooms we have had during this 3-week vacation. The experience was marred by one single event which made us feel extremely un-welcomed at the property. We are a married *** couple and have been together 25 years. We have our own property in Montreal, Canada and so we understand and try to be quiet, respectful, discrete guests. When we requested to stay an extra day and asked for a double bed instead of two singles, the person at reception was overheard on the phone referring to us as "maricones" which means "fags" in the pejorative sense of the word. When confronted, she kept saying, "I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm sorry..." all over the place, but what kind of professional hotel receptionist refers to their clients this way in this day and age, - especially when the client is with in earshot in the next room. I would not consider this to be a ***-friendly place to stay.
