The front desk staff was great and helpful throughout our stay. Unfortunately, when we cam back to our room on morning, our bathroom was all wet with water dripping from a high light fixture. We had to use the hotel's public bathroom which really defeats the purpose of being in a hotel. If I did not have a flight to catch, I would certainly have spoken with a manager and asked for at least a nights refund. It was hard to communicated with housekeeping too (we never had our room made tidy or towels changed.

We were staying in Annapolis for our daughter's eye surgery and wanted to be close in case of any issues and this was our first time staying in this hotel. The room was so spacious, and so clean, the accomodations were amazing, and the staff wonderful and supportive of anything we needed. We would highly recommend this hotel if anyone needs to stay for business or a family trip.

I definitely liked this property. It was very clean, and the staff was very professional and friendly. The only issue I had was noise coming from upstairs. Apparently, it was someone's kids, and they were running and jumping on their floor (my ceiling) until late at night. Other than that, SHS will mostly like my go-to hotel when I'm in the DMV area.

Got greeeted during check in and even got offered a water. Our room was spotless and included everything we needed. The pool and hotub area was great to relax and unwind. Breakfast each morning was phenomenal! Absolutely no complaints

The front desk was very courteous and very customer service friendly. Very helpful with everything, nice ambience, the hotel was full and it was a good atmosphere along with their breakfast included was great! I will be returning this year again and hope to get the same excellent service. My room was very clean as well.

Hotel is immaculate. Pool and Hot Tub area kept extremely clean. Room and beds comfortable and clean. Hotel front desk staff helpful and friendly. Had a great stay here. Highly recommend.

This is the cleanest hotel I have stayed at and I stay at a lot! The staff was super helpful and checked on me at breakfast daily. And breakfast was great too! Highly suggest staying here when in the Annapolis area for the price.
