Hyatt Regency Long Island

I could not find the free continental breakfast! I earn asked and went to the place I saw that it was something you pay for. So if there is a free continental breakfast (one of the reasons I booked this hotel) There needs to be signage, telling you where to go.

Check-in was quick and easy, room was clean and price was reasonable. The room was right by the elevator and noisy until almost midnight, but not awful. When someone in another room adjacent or above took a shower or something there was a surprisingly loud noise.

Hotel was ok. It was a busy day so check in wasn’t smooth. Barely any customer service displayed. Room wasn’t available at 3:00pm. Was told I would get a text once it was ready. Waited 15 mins without a text so decided to ask if room was ready and they said yes.

The room I stayed in and all other areas of the Hotel i visited were extremely clean. Also it snowed 2x during my stay and the staff did an amazing job keeping the parking lot and walkways clear of snow.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The restaurant's and bar were excellent. The staff friendly and helpful.

It is not included breakfast 😒 no one check the pool water quality not even once It is expensive

Older building, no streaming services in room, local cable only. Staff all seemed very nice.

Overall- good stay and clean. The shower had some issues (semi stuck on tub mode instead of shower.)

The hotel is somewhere between ok and good. It need some maintenance and TLC. The check-in was quick. The Wifi was really slow and the chair to the desk was so low that it was difficult to sit properly and work at the desk. Asked for another chair a couple of times and was promised to get a new one but no chair came. No possibility to eat lunch at the hotel which was a disappointment being such a large hotel. There is a kiosk to buy some sandwiches and drinks but so overpriced.
