LOCATION :-
Was great! Not very crowded and easy car parking
ROOM :-
We requester the rooms with the glass window bathroom but got it a normal one , but it's okay we were just fine with it. However we book a deluxe king which was not the same as the picture shown online , bed setting was totally different but it's okay.
STAFF :-
They were just okay. The guy receptionist which worked when on the evening shift during was very friendly and we loved his service.
LIFT :-
It will be great if you can take note about the lift , cause everytime it stops at any floor it make some sort of sound and movement which made us thought the first time lift has stopped and we're stuck in it but it was just how its stopped to open up 😅
OVERALL :-
The 3 days and 2 night stay was just fine.

Bed are worn out, could feel the spring. Pillow are too soft. But you still can get iron, iron board, and spacious room

The best part is located near to ampang point and other f&b places. The room is comfortable. The staff also friendly and considerate.since i check in late..the staff allowed me to check out quite late.
