The location is great, the room is clean and quiet enough despite its proximity to 2 main road. Downsides are the room is rather old, furnitures show some wear and tear, and the hair dryer didn't work at all.

I was not expecting such company (ACCOR) or website (CTRIP) to use fake picture to sell a room. When we chose a worldwide brand, we are expecting to get a worldwide standard, which is a fair value for money and knowing what we can get, no more, not less because we have a well known and accepted standard ... that we can trust. The rooms at 2nd level were definitely out-of-date not to say anything else and not the standing of a Novotel.

Although it's a bit old, Novotel is a nice hotel to stay in. Accessible and service is good. Citrus Restaurant has great food!

A very well maintained classic hotel in Semarang. Centrally located right across a very big mall. The room was very clean and comfortable. Complete amenities and what I like the most is the pillow. Average size but very good for my sleep. Great job Novotel Semarang...
