總體而言是不錯的，看極光位置是好的，但如果沒有極光，相對於價格而言有些貨不對板，淋浴房的地面滑膩膩的，沒有刷乾淨。床品非常糟糕，床單被套皺的一塌糊塗。

Wonderful stay. We stayed in a suite for three nights in April 2024 and had an amazing time. The staff was very kind. We absolutely adored the two dogs on site who, along with the staff, made us feel very much at home. Our suite was spacious and very comfortable. The bathroom was exceptionally large. There was easy access on site to the thermal baths which were a lovely part of our daily experience. The included breakfast hit the spot. The three course dinners were restaurant quality and truly enjoyable.

A wonderful weekend stay in a relaxed and welcoming environment. Room spacious and well planned. Excellent breakfasts. Evening menu limited (2 choices) but good quality and very tasty. Great to relax in the Thermal Spa after a hard day's sightseeing.

After struggling to find it, and driving treacherous icy roads off the main highway (and we are used to winter driving), we ended up loving this place. Only about 20 rooms. Rooms are very nice, spa services were not available but the indoor hot pool was good. There were 8 ft snow drifts to get from the main building to it! Restaurant was excellent even though there were only a few guests. We lost power one morning but they managed to get breakfast out. And the two dogs, Tinna and ???. Can't remember the other name, but Tinna (icelandic sheepdog) took a liking to us and napped in our room until the rogue raven came around. Seriously, it torments that poor dog and she went ballistic chasing it around outside. Then it just flys away until another time. And at 8AM the next morning Tinna quietly scratched on our door to come in. :) They made us a good lunch one day and the hosts were super nice and chatty. My wife discovered cod liver oil that was available at breakfast. Nope for me. This place must be amazing in the summer. We highly recommend it. Good location for the Golden Road, although we were not impressed by that journey, way too many people even in February.

We loved our visit to this beautiful hotel. It is off the beaten path with no other buildings in site. The rooms are spacious and the staff is very friendly. The resident dogs also like to come into the guest rooms if you open the door! The thermal baths are wonderful for relaxing and star gazing. We also appreciated the delicious continental breakfast and only wish we could have stayed longer!

My father and I spent three wonderful nights here, with this hotel exceeding our expectations on all counts - from food that rivals top Reykjavik restaurants, and rooms with stunning views, to private natural hot springs that were perfect for unwinding. Anna and Olafur and their suburb staff were remarkable. For example, when a last-minute cancellation threw a wrench in my horseback riding plans, Anna not only secured a new reservation but also personally drove me there and back. Lovely original artworks offered for sale added charm. We had gotten advice not to spend our entire time in Reykjavik, and I'm thrilled with our choice to stay at this hotel. It offers a nice change of pace, beautiful scenery, and feels like an upscale bed and breakfast mixed with a luxury home. Believe all the 5-star reviews. This hotel is really something special.

We have just spent 2 days at 360 and it was a remarkable stay. The hotel is amazing and we had a great experience. The beds are so comfortable! The breakfast so good! And dinner looks like a Michelin star place! The best lamb I ve eaten in Iceland! The spa and its onsen bath are just perfect after a long day exploring at the cold weather. There are 2 lovely dogs and my daughters loved them too. The hotel design is amazing and its location with a great panorama view! Thanks for having us and giving us an unforgettable experience!

Outstanding boutique hotel . Wonderful views of the snowy landscape . Always looking stunning in different lights … beautifully designed hotel with communal areas but still able to sit and have a quiet drink . Managed to experience thermal spa despite the deep snow . Floor to ceiling windows . Special mention to Anna and Katerina . Anna spent time chatting to us about Iceland & the culture and food . We loved chatting to her . The beds were super comfortable . Lovely bathrooms . Bath robes & flip flops . Super clean . The Icelandic dogs were a wonderful entertaining addition The quality of food at breakfast and dinner was exceptional . Delicious !! Highly recommend . We saw the volcano eruption from our room . The hotel then had to accommodate guests from other hotels that had to be evacuated ! Unfortunately we did not see the Northern Lights but the vistas at the hotel would give you ample opportunity to see them if the conditions were right ! Great location for exploring the south Iceland sights . Very cold and snowy whilst we were there but had no problems driving ourselves around

Forgot to do a review on this hotel for that I’m sorry We went in July just as the first volcano erupted We think of this hotel often and keep saying we’re going back soon The reviews are good and that’s how it is, comfortable not just in rooms and food but in the atmosphere. Two doggies bless them were as friendly as everyone else Please go and see for yourself
