I travel extensively internationally. This was one of THE best equipped rooms and facilities I have experienced anywhere. The location is excellent for walking,shopping and the beach. The rooms were super-well equipped and the staff very helpful. We loved the infinity pool overlooking the beach!

We loved every minute of our stay. I booked an apartment for my 89 year old mother, my daughter, my 1 year old grandson and myself and it couldn’t have been more perfect. I especially appreciated how accommodating everyone was from the kitchen at the restaurant making a special dinner for us on our first night there to reserving a table for us at breakfast everyday so that my mom wouldn’t have to go up and down a few steps with her food. There was a high chair waiting for the baby at the table every morning! We are Marriott vacation club owners and travel a lot. I can honestly say, that I have never received the kind of service anywhere else like I just experienced these last 4 days at Das Ahlbeck Hotel & Spa. Great and friendly staff with super comfy beds! Thank you to everyone there that took great care of us from beginning to end!! Highly recommend this hotel!!

Ein Klasse Hotel, die Zimmer sind gut die Leute sehr nett. Frühstück ist empfehlenswert. In Günther‘s Bar sehr freundliche Leute, super Cocktails. Das Preisleistungsverhältnis könnte besser sein aber ist noch okay . Kommen gern wieder.

Wir sind nun das 3. mal auf Usedom und auch zum 3. mal im Aparthotel "Das Ahlbeck Hotel & Spa". Die Lage (direkt an der Promenade), das Angebot (Restaurant, Bar & breitfächriger Wellnessbereich, toller Infinity-Pool), sowie die Größe & Ausstattung der Zimmer bzw. Apartments. Das Personal war besonders freundlich und zuvorkommend.

In diesem Hotel funktioniert ALLES, der Service, das WLAN, das Gästetablet, die Küche, die Konditorei,,, der Service war hervorragend - egal welche Nationalität - Das Zimmer war sowas von praktisch, durchgestylt und gemütlich. Ein Fenster im Bad, die Toilette separat, Kaffeemaschine auch mit einem tollen Kakao, toll bestückte Minibar, drehbarer TV im Großformat, Betten vom Feinsten, ein Frühstücksbuffet , das nicht zu toppen ist.. Ich habe eine äußerst delikate Sanddornleberwurst probieren dürfen, Ich wusste vor dem Aufenthalt dort noch nicht einmal, dass es sowas gibt...-)) Der Vortrag der Direktorin über Usedom intim war ein tolles Event, wir hätten ewig weiterzuhören können. Der Infinity Pool ist ein Traum und genau richtig gestaltet. Die Infrarotkabine mit Meerblick ist fantastisch. Der spontan vereinbarte WellnessTermin hat super geklappt. Und die Überraschung zu unserem Hochzeitstag war perfekt. MEHR GEHT EINFACH NICHT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! TOLL, TOLL, TOLL. Herzlichen Dank für die schöne Woche dort. WIR SEHEN UNS WIEDER!! Wenn Urlaub auf Usedom, dann nur im DAS AHLBECK!!!!!!!!!!!Schade, ,dass ich nur 5 Sterne vergeben darf.. Ich hätte gerne das Doppelte gegebnen!!
