I was really disappointed with my stay at taj tristar in hyderabad, especially after choosing it based on its good reviews. Upon arriving late at night, there was no staff available to assist with my luggage from the taxi to my room, which was surprising. Additionally, the hotel lacked a 24-hour restaurant, forcing me to order dinner from outside. My room was missing towels and floor mats, and despite requesting them, the issue persisted into the second day after housekeeping had cleaned. Furthermore, i encountered a security issue with the room door not locking properly, and to top it off, i found cockroaches in the bathroom. This experience certainly did not live up to the positive ratings.

Everything was perfect. Mr dais at reception was very helpful. He changed my room where all worked properly. Put the sports tv channels i wanted. Bfast there traditional south indian is awesome anyways. And i got great deal from mmt. No complaints. Mr lachcinaryan staff always smiling and helpful. The staff at bfast also smiling and helpful.

The room was good. The room was good. The food is average and it has to be good. As the hotel is very near to the railway station, easy to come

Property is close to metro station paradise, secondrabad station. It’s has large room, with large bathrooms and bath tub. Best thing is food, breakfast is elaborate dishes. People are nice. Need to work upon pest control. Many large and small cockroaches running on floor of the room and also in dining table.

Firstly very bad staff , not responsible , except cleaners . we ordered multiple items which came very late nearly 30 minutes in a place with least crowd. no manager was responsible in their answers and were reckless. one of the items we ordered was onion raita, which has come in watery liquid with few onions . I specifically showed the dish to manager and he did not bother about my complaint . please stay away from this place
